Chase Bank Sussex St, Port Jervis

Drove 30 mins to open a small business account, you would think they would.be jumping to help me. "Katie" had to be bothered from making jokes with some dude behind a cube to come tell me she may be able to help me later. I told her not to bother. There are literally hundreds of options around you and after looking at reviews on line, I am no longer considering CHASE bank for my small business. The other sites have even worse reviews than this location. The drive up was beautiful tho. Chase Bank looses again and they don't seem to care.

Tammy's great but this branch doesn't answer phone calls. When you get the voice message, it doesn't even allow you to leave a message so they'll call you back. It just says, call us back later or call our 800 number.

There very pathetic they hold your paychecks for longer than needed I will be canceling my account this week. I deposited my check they won’t let it clear an now it shows overdrawn when there is money there if I get an overdraft fee I will seek legal council an go after jo Morgan for being a un ethical criminal

Long time customer haven’t had any real issues however, you can not get through to the local branch via phone either they don’t answer or need to have the phones fixed!

Love the people and service but the atm needs improvement. Many times I've gone to deposit or take out cash and the machine always has a problem.

Walked in and needed to edit information regarding my banking accounts, as well as open a credit card. Justine D was the Manager who helped me complete these tasks. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend dealing with her, 5 stars.

Went in at 9:15am to open an account. After waiting in line for 20 minutes was told the banker isn’t in yet. He won’t be in until 10:30am. Has appts. all day. Do you want to come back another day???????? No thanks!!!!! Port Jervis’s next bank to go out of business.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

In-person customer service is good when you go there right after opening. But they never pick up their phone any longer. Very frustrating.

They dont listen the main representative in the port jervis branch acts like its her money i put a claim on one of the withdraws that i did not give permision to take out. So they froze my account. I went to the bank personally to withdraw money they wouldent let me because of the pending transactions i dident agree to lol and told them that its not ur money when u go there they do what they want with it. DO NOT USE THE PORT JERVIS BRANCH

They are very nice people and great service. my daughter loves it too because everytime we go through the drive thru she gets her lollipop lol
