I opened this account almost 5 years ago because of the extended hours. Back then the staff was so nice and helpful. Since COVID the hours and staff have changed. The manager is beyond rude and the other employees follow her lead. I've walked up numerous of times to them having conversations about their personal lives that they feel like they need to finish before even acknowleding me. Thinking back over the years, it's been more frustrating dealing with them than helpful. God forbid you have a problem with your account because the local branch is clueless and the fraud"protection" people are equally as rude.

The atm shorted me $60 we told them that it was on my moms card and the manager Ashley or whatever her name was completely rude! We explained my mother is disabled and she told us that wasn’t her problem, we filed a Disbute with our bank and to this day we’re still waiting on them

The banking was fine for a while, a lot of stipulations to get an account but my husband and I just moved here and it was closest to us, until we received a letter saying they were closing our account. We called and the man on the phone just read the letter back to me like I was stupid and then when we went into the bank all we got is "oh yeah we don't know why they are closing tbe account but it's been finalized." Sooooo no reason then, just say that then and I'll take my money elsewhere!

The ladies at Woodforest yodd rd Jacksonville, NC Are awesome! They have been been helpful the past year with our moves buying our house and closing. Thanks ladies.

Save yourself a headache and just go somewere else. Very bad buisness. Tell you one thing while doing another.

Never ever been to a bank with such RUDE UNHAPPY STAFF. The speaker that plays rap music at the counter, the unwillingness to help. The attitude you get when you ask them to count large amounts of money to you. I pulled $8000 out of my account. She shorted me $1000 n I didn't catch it, she called to put it back in. They don't speak, try to be professional. THOSE 3 LADIES ALL NEED NEW EMPLOYERS. I closed 2 accounts yesterday due to them.

Heather was super friendly when I opened a new account. She even called me the next day to make sure I had no questions.

I like it so far but just don't like how it cost $2.50 to withdrawal out of any other ATMs besides the wood forest one. But if that could be fixed then I would give it a 5 star. Also it needs to open before 10am, 9am would work so much better.

The Redhead that works there is so rude.My husband had a account there and I was gonna do my business account there because I work in the same shopping area but after dealing with her I dread going there with my husband to do any banking. Customer service is the key

Horrible place to bank. Employees dont know what they are doing and will lie to your face.
