Navy Federal Credit Union Yopp Rd, Jacksonville

I visit at least (2) times per week and have never had a bad experience at this branch. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Hold rules on your money are not made by employees. Don't blame them.

Deposited a check after closing on my house a cashiers check and they still put a 5-10 day hold and take the funds out of your account before they are even available to me that is a little insane on navy federal part for a cashiers check but customer service is good only reason for two star review

I do not have a problem with the branch. But the generic phone number given I am not trying to call Navy Federal I'm trying to call this specific branch and I can't and it's making me angry.

There is a difference between good customer service and effective customer service.. I get that you have to build a rapport with your customers, but when there is a line at the teller and you have people who are handicapped and elderly and the teller decided to talk to the one they are serving for more than 5 mins about a restaurant is a little ridiculous. And the "express"/ handicap teller doesn't make the effort of making sure she sees the ones the lane is intended for is counterproductive. I love the bank, just not this particular branch.

When they say you're a valued customer and then they prove otherwise in their actions, that tells you a lot about them. For years they did good now they treat you like politicians do make all these empty promises at first then next thing you know you're at the bottom of the barrel. I had higher hopes higher expectations from. I guess I was proved wrong once again.

I went in about a week ago to open an account and apply for an auto loan. Misty & Heather were very friendly and informative throughout the process. They were super helpful and made everything very easy for me. I appreciate them both very much!

If your thinking about joining navy fed, DONT…. They will hold your money for 4 days. One time I went to deposit my check and they held it 4 business days!!!! Didn’t even give me a single penny too. 4 words “navy fed Absolutely TRASH”

If I could give this branch a zero star I would… they are currently remodeling the inside of the bank but they should actually remodel the ATM’s!! They are always down and take an eternity to process any transactions!!! If you are in a hurry don’t go here… I would gladly drive to the western branch instead of wasting my time here again.

Navy Federal is the BEST by far, I've only had good things to say since I became a member many many moons ago. Everything I've wanted, Navy Federal was there to assist, even when things were financially challenging for me in the past Navy Federal gave me an opportunity to get back in the game. I'll be a member for life and will always sing NFCU praises. I highly recommend to anyone who is not a member to become one immediately!!!! Enjoy your day!!!

i have been with several banks in my life and Navy Fed is by far the absolute worst. one late payment they freeze your access online so you cant see what your balance is what you owe or really anything having to do with your OWN finances (they're MY finances) i had a CC through them i paid it off they and they promptly shut off the card and closed that acct. i wanted to wire money to family well since i couldn't access MY acct online i went into the branch they told me they could do nothing at all until i made a payment even if i had cash (which i did). this bank is nothing but crooks in my opinion. USAA all the way!!!
