I have been a Customer for years and the service at this location is Great. I always get the best acknowledgement from the employees especially Mrs. Z. Williams she Always go the Extra Mile in helping Customers. Thank You Rick Smith

Standing in here with my disabled mother currently, have been waiting 20 minutes already. No one has come out from behind the counter yet except for the security guard who spoke with the armoured truck personnel who were parked across 2 handicap spaces (again, my mom in disabled in a wheelchair so we had no access to the parking)... 5 people here in the lobby now... no one is being helpful. This branch is the least helpful most biggest waste of time.

Wow I heard 4 different employees tell me SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, really bc there were 6 employees and only one lady working front area and drive thru. So this one lady stopped messing around with Halloween candy and toys and went up to the front with an additud. You can cut tension with a knife these employees are not happy with each other you can tell right away. I suggest the supervisor tells them to lighten up!!!!

Just west of I-45 on College Park Dr. Behind the Walmart it has a freestanding building. The parking lot is clean and wide and looks new. The grounds are well-kept. People inside the bank or very friendly and eager to help. They always have the nicest people at this Bank Woodforest. It was my first time at this location and I will come again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

They will not help on the phone, you can never get a person at your branch. The put you on hold for ever. There is no customer service with this bank!

Zeny is always so very helpful when we need anything. She is quick to get any issues resolved. She is always so kind and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend her for you personal banking needs!

I went there to open a Woodforest Checking account. They wanted to downgrade me to a "Second Chance" checking and charge me a $10/month maintenance fee because they said I owed another bank $60 bucks from 6 years ago, which I have no recollection of. So I told them I'd go to a different bank who actually wanted my business and left. Very shady, rude and xenophobic staff.

This review is for the branch inside Walmart (next door) the teller Araceli Swist spoke very little English and was rude about getting me a cashiers check for my rent. My normal branch off of 1488 doesn't charge me for either a cashiers check or money order but i don't mind paying the $2-10 for such. My problem is when she said i was misinformed and continued to talk down to me like i don't know what is going on with my account. I know what i have and haven't been charged for. Avoid this branch, i have had so many problems such as loosing deposits and improper account creation.

Just when I thought I had a good bank ..I get disappointment.

The one young lady can't even provide the corect envelope... fail! They need retraining from customer service to simple customer request, such as an envelope.
