Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) College Park Dr, Conroe

ATM stole my money while I was depositing. Gave no receipt just made weird sounds and spit out my card. Money didn't show up on my account. After 1:30 hours of talking to support I have been told that I will receive temporary credit for that amount. 2 days pass no credit, no money, no messages from support. That's the worst experience I ever had with any of the banks.

Gregory, Chel, Tammy and Jazzmin have been professional, personable and helpful for me, especially when dealing with complicated financial matters, and complex money transfers. This local office and the family like customer care it provides drove in part my decision To shift the majority of my cash and investments business to Bank of America and Merrill Edge/Merrill Lynch. This local office well organized, well staffed and offers a range of services. I highly recommend this particular Bank of America local branch and their staff.

They had their drive through closed when it was raining. Made us get off our car. They didn’t have temporary checks for checking accounts; and no longer have Money Orders. Very unhelpful. Went over to chase instead, and chase was able to serve all my needs.

Bank Of America overall in my opinion over the years has suffered issues with customer service which is a shame as most of the branches are very convenient. However this specific branch has offered me nothing short of spectacular Customer service thank you much to Gregory and Chel As they both went over and above to help me out with a complex financial issue. Thank you guys I definitely appreciate you and will be with Bank Of America thanks to your customer service

Maria is incredible, knowledgable, well informed and extremely helpful. Profesional and caring. This is by far the best customer service anyone can receive. This branch is very well trained all of the bankers, tellers and staff exceed my expectations.

Random closures for weeks on end....trying to get into safe deposit box and told that to get into it while closed to email to schedule access with response in up to 2 days....one week later, still closed and no response. Seriously, this is no way to run a bank.

Horrible customer service. Everytime my husband and I come to this location they act like we're stealing our own money. A previous time we came, we needed to withdraw for our newborns medical appointment and the manager REFUSED to allow us to withdraw from our account. She asked for proof of the last transactions on the account, we pulled up the online information and read it to her and she still wouldn't allow the transaction. No idea what the issue was but we do our best to avoid this location.

Nothing good about this bank. No drive-thru as advertised, took over a week to get new debit card, still don’t have checks after several weeks. We had to spend about two hours in this bank just to open a simple checking account. Don’t waste your time here.

Sidney, the assistant manager, is very informative. This location has absolute wonderful customer service. Just one note, the bank teller's should really voluntarily offer up information...when you deposit a check on a non-business day...just in case someone is not aware that they will have to wait until Tuesday for their check to go through...if posted in the lobby.

I came in and ask for a bank reference letter, They provided me with a letter with no signature, I explained to the bank manager, Ms. Larkin, the letter without the name and signature is not legal. She persistently refused To sign the letter. I am very disappointed that the manager does not want to associate her name with bank letter, how can we trust our finance with the bank. Even that I have accounts with Bank of America For more than 30 years, I will move my account to Wells Fargo, the customer service is a lot better at Wells.
