Wings Financial Credit Union Chicago Ave, Minneapolis

Left me stranded while traveling. They shut off my card for fraud protection while I was traveling over the weekend, nobody answered the phone all weekend, currently on hold for 20+ minutes in a Monday . Sent emails that have not been responded to. This is after confirming transactions were mine. Do not bank with them, they do not have the staff to service their current customers. You will not be able to access your money when you need it most.

I bank at Wings because the people are really nice and I love the service always clean and what's not to love about a free cashier's check everyday if you need it

This credit union seems much more ethical than most banks. I genuinely feel good banking here. Also they are always helpful and have never charged me fees. They have convenient locations throughout the Twin Cities. I can't imagine ever going back to a traditional bank again

The woman who helped me was very careless with her job. She was rude, hardly looked up at me at all, and she didn’t make sure I had the proper forms of I.D. before allowing me to make a withdrawal. That makes me feel less secure. I always have an amazing experience at the St. Paul location but I was in the area - this was very disappointing.

Terrible. I started the online process to set up a new account with them. Get a message I ned to confirm my address, says they had another on file? (Never tried to sign up with these people before...ever). Anyway, I go in there over the weekend and sit down with some lady whom seemed more interested in getting the hell outta there while the sun was still out. I bring my ID and a bank statement. She pulls up the info on her computer, only to find out...NO ONE has even looked at my request at opening an account...that I started the process on...a week earlier. The lady shuffles me out after getting a copy of my license, says someone will call me, they never do... I plan on just deleting whatever profile I have with these folks online. After I was told by trusted individuals this wold be a pretty simple process, I'm already regretting it. Not gonna say these people are garbage as apparently they didn't want my business for whatever reason (Got some very dismissive vibes). Guess I'll just have to look elsewhere.

Telephone line hangs up after I wait on hold every time. They also updated mobile deposits so that it gets held for 3 days without warning me of a limit (the amount was not a lot). Completely messed my week up! What a joke!

regret not banking with WINGS sooner. RYAN STOFFEL has to be hands down the best banker I have ever interacted with. Very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with are just some assets I respect from him. I hope a person like him is easily recognized and appreciated by such a great bank.

Coming from Wells Fargo, wings offered a definite upgrade. However, a few things left me unsatisfied. They don't have a drive through teller window or ATM at this branch, and while they their hours may be typical for a bank, 4 hours on Saturday is the only time a normal working person could make it here. On Saturdays I've often waited 15 min to see a teller. I've had a number of very nice interactions with staff, and a number of interactions that left me unsatisfied. Tried to get a mortgage through wings, and gave up when their loan agent took 2 days to respond to every request. Overall I think wings is a good credit Union, and offer fair services and better prices than Banks. The location, hours, lack of good mobile deposit, and some dissatisfaction with customer service was enough that we moved on.

First a City County Credit Union member and when the branch became Wings i remained a member and I love it (25yrs). I didn't think i would at first but everyone and all they represent has been outstanding. My two daughters, granson and sister are also members.

Racism in Minnesota is very polite and kind. They will smile at you and greet you with a cold and lifeless smile all aimed at welcoming your money but not you. These people are miserable and hateful but whatever we are still living . Khanzeer is what they eat and it is what they are.
