Purchasing a home from 1500 miles away is scary, more so with a first time Home buyer. I only got to meet with Scot and view homes for a few hours over two days at the beginning of the experience. Scot has been amazing!! He paid attention to what was important for me and my family and was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home. He’s still going above and beyond to help after the final closing as we can’t arrive to get the keys for a couple more weeks. We won’t use anyone else for future real estate purchases or sales in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying our first home than the one which Dani provided! Her experience in the region and industry is a truly an asset. She was able to identify features which we needed in a home in order to suit our lifestyle, but that hadn't previously occurred to us (like a small lot so that the yard work was minimal, etc.). When I told her we were interested in viewing a home, she had no problem picking up the phone right then and there and calling the relator to get us in, and when we found our dream home, she immediately went to work to make it happen. She is now working with my parents to help them build their dream retirement home, and she's once again doing a great job advocating for their needs and keeping in the loop on the progress of the project. We really love our home and do not plan to leave it for a long time. But when we do, I'll definitely use Dani again!
