I had a really great experience with Alexsandria, she was very informative and knowledgeable about taxes. I realized that my w4 was incorrect so she walked me through the steps of how to correct that. Very transparent with pricing and also gave me an update three days before when I would be receiving my funding. Most definitely will be using Wilson Tax again!

If you file here make sure you have copies of everything you’re being told because I was completely lied to and they later tried to blame “ miscommunication “ have you ever paid like $2000 to get your taxes filed ????? NEVER , it’s always the constant run around , GET YOUR DETAILED RECIPT BEFORE FILING . Companies like this don’t realize the legal trouble they can get themselves into . I had a great experience here, Jeffery Wilson was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. I got me the maximum refund on my taxes and my information is kept safe and secure which is very important to me. The office and location is very nice as well. Edit: Since they don’t have upfront pricing, I will take it upon myself to inform you of their prices just in case you’re wondering. This company charges $599 per return. Plus, $100 for each additional document. I’ve recently filed my taxes with this company and was charged $899 + $125 to simply put some numbers into a computer. After I went through a more professional company, they informed me that I was supposed to sign a form (I never signed because my preparer didn’t tell me to) and I was supposed provide a PIN which I didn’t because my preparer didn’t tell me to. The preparer created their own PIN. I had to ask for a receipt because the preparer didn’t send it (as a professional should). Therefore, I was completely unaware of the $899 + $125 in deduction fees. These fees are not listed on the company website, social media platforms, nor did the preparer make me aware before filing the taxes. If you’re really looking for your “maximum refund” go to the well-known companies like TurboTax, HR Block, where they tell you upfront pricing and will make sure your taxes are filed with 100% accuracy! This company is completely unprofessional, thriving on taking advantage of people, and needs to do better professionally. I will never file with this company ever again!

Initially I gave them a good review but this is the first and last time I’ll ever file with them. I thought it was 399 to file then when I finally got my refund they literally charged me 599 plus 174 I literally could’ve went to HR BLOCK I’ve never in life paid that much for taxes. Then she of course blamed her manager which the only conversation I had with the manager was just about getting mines and my grandmas paper work! Makayla never told me I was paying that much and I have all my text to prove it! How you going to blame your supervisor when you were my tax preparation person. It took almost 3 months for me to get my money and then for them to take that much!!! Yea never again

My experience was horrible!! My taxpayer his name was Aurther Jeffery. His communication sucks! I’ve been reaching out to him since February. And I have yet to receive my taxes!! He’s been avoiding my calls and texts. But is VERY ACTIVE ON SOCIALLY MEDIA 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was very pleased with the service that Wilson Tax Investment provided. This was the first time that I have had someone else prepare my taxes and I can say that I received the highest amount I have ever received on my income tax. Allie was very attentive, accommodating, professional, and responsive. I do not live in the area and they were able to handle everything over email and Zoom. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend
