Wilson David CA, Indian Wells

From my perspective (outside the box) he could/should be more human like. He is cold, bad at communicating. At a time when his customer (beneficeree) is going through some type of lost of a loved one. (or 2 or 3). Having no experience with a will or a trust, David should have had a meeting or phone call to the beneficiary, to advise on the recent and not so recent amendments. Maybe not his job, though it would have made his job going forward simpler and more concise. Feeling unsure & vulnerable.
