    Banked here for many years and I noticed I wasn’t getting my credits from foreign Atms the last two months. I called to see why apparently they don’t credit the fees unless you reach certain purchase requirements with your debit cards. No sorry you didn’t get the memo we will credit you this month. They have lost touch with the way they used to do business and are no longer a local bank for you. Now they are all about the bottom dollar.

    I would not recommend banking with Wilson Bank and Trust in Murfreesboro, TN. My husband and I currently hold a business account with them and if the hassle of switching banks was not too great, I would do it in a heart beat. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    This is a local branch for me now that I live in the Boro; I am and never have been disappointed in the communication or the service I receive from this branch. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and pleasant. The only thing I would like to see change is the inside business closing hour be moved to 5 p.m. THANK YOU WBT FOR MANY YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE!!!!

    3 years ago a buddy told me to go see Wilson Bank and trust about an auto loan. I went down on a Wednesday and opened a checking account, Thursday applied for the loan, it was approved and I picked my check up on that Friday, I have always been treated like a person and like family and never like just a number like the other Big banks. I will always do business with my local Wilson Bank!!!

    Worst community bank in middle Tennessee. Account was closed without notice, warning, and without justifiable cause. Always maintained a positive account balance. Did nothing wrong to have my account closed. Lending practices are biased. Management is unprofessional and unbusiness-like. Stay away from this particular financial institution, if all possible. It is not worth the time and hassles.

    Literally stole over $600 dollars from me!!! I'm a single mother on a fixed income and I can't feed my child this month because of them! Put cash directly into my account and they didn't add it for THREE DAYS! Bounced my entire account. Worst back ever!
