Everyone is a receptionist transferring to another department with an endless loop of "sorry, I can't help you." For 3 months and 15 phone calls, Not an isolated case. I talked with at least 10 different people. The couple of people who supposedly can help are always on vacation and don't return calls. The Franklin Synergy merger was a fiasco. Website and account issues for months. When my contract job goes permanent, I'll be moving my mortgage and banking to Wilson Bank. I should've done it in 2019

I chose FirstBank for my mortgage loan. Brandon and his team offered outstanding service throughout the process. First Bank is a disaster. I've been trying to resolve payments with their mortgage department since October and still receive collections threats when on forbearance. No one returns calls and the mortgage department is always on vacation. I'll be at Wilson Bank in a few months.
