Will Schroeder made getting a mortgage easy! I would recommend him to anyone. For my first home where I used a different broker, the mortgage process was absolutely awful. They procrastinated until a couple weeks before close, then I was getting contacted every day for more and more forms and letters, and they caused us to close late. Working with Will was the opposite. For my second home, we were referred to Will Schroeder by our real estate agent. It was a breeze! We spoke on the phone, and he had us submit some forms and documents that day. In this market we had to submit several bids before we snagged a house. He was quick to respond with a loan letter to submit with each bid, even on a weekend when he was out of town! When we went under contract, he asked us to submit a few extra documents, then we were golden. He told us later that the lender had some additional questions but that he handled it based on the info he had already, and didn't bother us with it. A whole week before closing, Will had everything ready to go. He had us do a final electronic signature, and we were set to close well ahead of schedule. Will's diligence made the mortgage the least stressful part of buying a home.

We can't thank Will enough for a fantastic refinance experience! I compared multiple lenders, and he was able to get us the cheapest rate. He responded quickly and with clear answers to all of my questions every time. From my initial email to our closing this week Will made the whole process smooth and easy for us.
