We were walk-ins to the Barre branch and had a very specific request for a small fixer upper with a price target in the local area. Although extremely busy, the office manager had Catherine Whelan contact us immediately. We described our needs and she produced three candidates for first day showings. Her knowledge and diligence allowed us to get a solid deal and close within 3 weeks. This experience with Catherine and her office is a role model for real hard working real estate service, not just lip service.

So- Since there is no way for me to be able to publicly single out our experience with our realtor, I will do it on Google. Michelle Hebert out of the Barre branch of Raveis was nothing short of amazing. She not only helped me find a house, (we looked at 10) but thru a tremendously difficult time for my Sig. other, sold her house. Michelle was always helpful, always willing to try to help in any way that she could. She doesn't BS- and is truly one of the last of those who operate in the "sales" part of life, for the customer and not for personal gain. Hell 4 months AFTER the purchase of my home she is still helping me because the other agent forgot to get the water bill paid!! She is a people person. She is willing to say she doesn't know something and is willing to find out the answer and share. Her personality is the same as a real estate agent as it is in real life and as a business owner. I cannot stress enough what an asset she is to Raveis. She also buys local and supports local businesses in whatever way she can. If you are looking for a home, and looking for someone who will go to bat for you and work with you tirelessly, you need to request her.

Kevin Copeland at Ravis Real Estate was very unprofessional and as soon as the deal was near done he was out of the picture. His lack of communication and professionalism is uncalled for.
