I've bought two vehicles from Poulin and have never had an issue. And the sales team have gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. Even after the deal they were able to get me a better interest rate! I recommend them to everyone. And they have awesome dogs!

We have been buying cars from Poulin Autos for over 15 years! For ourselves, our children & now my granddaughter! My granddaughter had a very tight budget & rejected a few cars offered! Jeff Devoid never got upset or frustrated. He kept working to find her the right car & he did!!! He has no idea how awesome he was nor how much we appreciate him! We had to buy another truck as our other one had a BAD spot on the frame.. We went with another GMC, king cab this time. They replaced the rocker panels, did the new paint job, undercoated it and washed it inside and out and put an inspection sticker on it at no extra cost to us looked like a brand new truck.. Poulin auto has always treated us right. If you want a quiet relaxed atmosphere without to much pressure these guys are the ones to go to... Thank you Stacy and Steph. The guys at poulin were amazing helping me get into a vehicle that I wanted and could afford. I told them about the trouble I was having mother my current vehicles and they set me up with a great warranty. I was struggling to find a vehicle that I could afford and not have to work on constantly, other local dealerships said they could help, but were unable to put a deal together that worked for me after weeks of working with them. Poulin did it in a day and made a deal I would have been crazy not to take. It was definitely a no pressure sale, and they put all their cards on the table to show me what kind of deal I was getting. I will definitely check them out for my next buy.

I reviewed Poulin about 3 weeks ago. After a car fire I came here and left with a new Subaru Legacy. The entire team was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately two weeks later a tree fell on my car in my driveway & the insurance deemed it a total loss. I went back to Poulin today. Jeff, Heath, Norm & Stacy (spelling??) All pulled through for me yet again! I left today with a Subaru crosstrek and couldn't be any happier. I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle after the two beyond awesome experiences I had here! (I just hope the next time I see you guys it's for a trade in or additional loan versus some crazy disaster for a 3rd time!) ;) Walking into this place feels anything BUT walking into a big pushy dealership. 🙏 Thank you guys SO much If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

I brought my disabled son here to get a "dependable" vehicle,he put $6,000 dollars down and picked out a truck. Which Dutch(the salesman) said would last my son another 100 thousand miles with proper maintenance.. He then sold my son an extra warranty which wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Two weeks after he bought the truck it started having problems, when my son brought the truck back in to be checked out that's when they told him it needed $5,000 worth of work, and miraculously none of it was covered. (Funny how that works). Nobody from poulins will call us back,it's a big game..So I'm hiring an Attorney..I'm done playing games..

So a little back story... I am a single mom of two small children. I previously owned a BMW and had my head gasket blow driving down the road. A few days before this my car was serviced and I never had any dash lights come on (as it’s always serviced on time). I always maintained my car. Well I’ve been looking for a car for a long time knowing I wanted another one. I was at a complete loss not knowing where I stood with getting another one. I was looking up cars and put in an inquiry at Poulin’s. Not even a few minutes later Jeff had contacted me. I told him back story, what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I NEEDED. He asked me to travel down to speak with them and put some numbers together. As soon as I got there he had already done some research for me. I had been at a loss with so many other things. When I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone there was so welcoming and actually CARED! Usually it’s all about making money for people. Jeff was actually very caring about my wants and needs. I was instantly approved and didn’t even need a co-signer. I came back 48 hours later and Jeff had ALSO helped me switch insurance company’s, saving me almost $70! I felt comfortable actually buying from them. They aren’t just about selling cars. It’s about your wants and needs as well. I highly recommend Poulin's Auto and this is where I’ll forget my vehicles! I can’t Thank them enough for all they did helping my children and I get the right car for us! Thank You Jeff and your Team for everything you’ve done for us!

Great experience!!! The staff at Poulin Auto Sales were very friendly made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend both get into a vehicle that fit each of us!!! They were very pleasant and made the day fun and enlightening and a very pleasant experience!! The best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership!! We had gotten to the point where we were giving up and figured we were stuck with what we had and figured we would not be able to get into the vehicles we wanted!! They were willing to work with us when others said they couldn’t do anything for us or get us where we needed to be or wouldn’t even give us the time of day to even talk to us. Dutch was great worked very hard to make things work for us!! Thank you to Jeff and Dutch for working with us and for helping us get through this car experience!! Had an amazing experience Curtis Danley was amazing he went over and above to help put me in a perfect rig for me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone that is a first time car buyer, or someone just looking for a great deal. Low payments even went over and above to get me a cheeper insurance rate

After a very unpleasant time at Berlin City Kia I decided to take my car to Poulin Auto for a state inspection. John in the service department was great! My inspection was done in a timely manner and had no problems!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the customer service. I worked with Jeff and Justin an they went above and beyond for me. Even when we thought it wouldn’t work after I left they kept trying to get something to work few hours later I got the approval call. Amazing Team!! I’m so happy with my 2014 Equinox! This was my 2nd purchase with Poulin Auto Sales, it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle to date. They made me feel at home and was very transparent through the entire process. Dutch and Jeff worked to get me the best rate possible, if not for their ability to look beyond a credit score and go to bat for me I would not have gotten financed with the bank that I did. Jeff, Heath, Norm, & Stacy (spelling?) Were incredible to me yesterday. Poulin Auto was by far the best car dealership i’ve ever experienced. The staff is so friendly, so comforting and just all around such great people. Poulin auto made sure we were able to get our basically first car, in a comforting, helpful way. They made loops to help us succeed and tried everything in their power to help. They helped us get a vehicle we could afford at a young age, and would not give up until we found something. We could not be happier to have picked Poulin Auto as our place! Poulin Auto impressed and surprised us. We’ve had too many bad experiences at dealerships to ever want to purchase from one again but we found a vehicle online at Poulin’s that was perfect for my wife and with a price that was lower than anywhere else. We took a chance and went in and were treated with honesty and respect by Jeff and Dutch.
