Will truly is a world-class lending officer. He was always willing to get on the phone and explain every step of the lending process, what each form was for, and the process overall. He also always informed me of what "the next step" was, which helped me never get lost in the process. Will is extremely professional, an excellent communicator, and highly knowledgeable.
