This is the worst BB&t location you can go to. They will have everyone going through the drive-thru instead of letting people in. Meanwhile the BB&t on 109th and Biscayne boulevard, as well as every other location allows clients/customers to walk in. They've changed branch managers since four times in a short amount of time. They're nice, but they run like a startup that's not well staffed and as if it is the only BB&t Bank for miles to come. I'm pretty sure they don't really care either.

Every time I go to withdraw $10 or $20 in quarters, they say they’re out. I believe this is just becauee they don’t want to work or help. Line is always slow.

This bank and it’s employees is horrendous, unprofessional and extremely rude. I had a first bad experience with them before but spared them the review but now just had another encounter which will cause me to officially close my account after I withdraw my funds. Good riddance ✌🏾

The worse!!! Very long wait time despite it being empty or very little people in line, tellers do not work efficiently or effectively, need better staffing . Everyone walks around in their high heels but dont work!!!

By far the worse experience I’ve ever had. The teller was extremely unpleasant and told me right away they couldn’t help me without letting me finish what I needed to do. I’ve been banking with this company for over 10 years and after today I’m switching my services.

These People Are Terrible! There is only one teller for everyone! I was waiting to be helped for at least 1 hour!! Never again bb&t sucks!!!
