THE WORST experience i’ve ever encountered with any finance company. i don’t recommend anybody to come here. they put a hard inquiry on my credit without me signing anything. do not speak with the hispanic looking lady in the second chair she has a horrible attitude. she was being rude over the phone so i ended up coming up there. she’s so freaking rude and the manager didn’t do a thing. oh yeah and they are also NOT military friendly so if you’re in the military they will not accept you.

I cannot say enough great things about the folks at Wilkes in Marietta!!! They are always fast with their application and paperwork process! We will continue to recommend them to friends and family for any loan needs!

Wilkes was able to give me a very needed loan which not only kept my finances in a positive state, but allowed us to get ahead and back to saving. Would highly recommend them. It will also help your credit rating.

When I called to fill out an application, the tone and greeting was not friendly. I had to call and follow up on my application which was still not friendly. Was left on hold so long that I was sent to voicemail. Called back to see why I was sent to voicemail and told because I was on hold for so long. Was told that someone tried to call me yesterday which was so not true.

Wilkes Finance is a great place to get a loan! Every time i walk in, i am greeted with a helpful staff and smiling faces! The manager there is so helpful and will try his best to help you in time of need!

My hat's off to this company I wanted to say thank you Brock and Dillion you are the very best there is for the customers. You team, win, and execute when it comes to the customer. I had a situation and they both were so very good in helping me and seeing my need. You both are the very "Best". Sometimes you just can't do what you have planned and God used them to help me in my time of need. Thank you for your customer service skills and helping me.

On the contrary I would say Wilkes doesn't discriminate, especially the office on Cochran Road. I am African American have been a customer for years. Mike, Carol and the entire staff are some of the most friendliest people I've met.
