Had another great drive thru experience with Bernadette. We always have great conversations. She makes me feel special and always is positive. I always leave with the feeling to that I am loved.

I love the North East office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Bernadette is my favorite money counter.☘️💓

Every week I drive thru and usually Nicky is my teller, as she was today. We’ve never met in person but she is a highlight to my day as she cheerfully greets me as if we are old friends! Honestly, if I ever crossed her path in life I’m sure we would be friends! But, during the pandemic when hers was the only, non-family face I saw it has meant a lot! Every experience, regardless of the teller has been positive for me in the 16+ years I’ve been a member! Thank you!

I usually go to the Widget in North East because it’s my hometown. Breanna helped me while I was at Widget and she was so kind and helpful while I was there. She answered any and all questions that I had, was very informative, and made sure I understood everything. Breanna goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone that goes through her line is well taken care of. She was such a pleasant person to work with. Two thumbs up from me! Thanks Breanna :)

Breana always greats me by my first name when I come in and always asks how I am doing. Which I think is more important than most would take. She is always willing to listen and help no matter what

Gilbert was so very helpful in setting up a Get Cash card for my daughter. The lobby was closed and he made trips back and forth to our car in order to get the correct paperwork signed. He was very thorough and never made us feel rushed. So very grateful for his diligent work and friendly service ☺️

Horrible bank they will steal your money. Their policies are put into place to take money from you. Other credit unions do not have policies like theirs. They have taken money from my account. Lying and misleading . Stay far away from these guys.
