Was a little skeptical about it but after trying it out I’ve had nothing but a great experience wasn’t charged for machine which is great and so far they’ve kept the word about anything I would be paying. I decided to try it. And so far beat decision I’ve made. Really great company!!! My agent Josie is constantly checking on me and anytime I have concerns or help with machine I can count on a response immediately!! As far as customer service they deserve a 10. Can’t speak for all of the other reviews but I would suggest to just read before u sign . I was lucky enough to have everything answered upfront !! Highly recommended

This company has called me at least twice a day, three days a week for the past 2 weeks. Every time I speak with someone I tell them to put me on their "do-not-call list". They claim they will do this, and then I receive another call from another salesperson at their company. In the future, if I am looking to change card processing companies, I would under NO CIRCUMSTANCES consider working with this company. I would also advise anyone else looking for card processing services to stay FAR AWAY, as they can't even seem to comply with do no call requests. I'd hate to see what else they have trouble accomplishing.

Door agent signed us up with a nightmare of a company. They work along with mxmerchants and priority payment systems LLC. They have both a monthly service fee AND an annual fee and don't bother mailing you about your tax ID being non-compliance and rather give another $50 fee for that. We really appreciate the friendlyness of the referral agent, but broken communication with the payment processor not informing us to save money on our bill is shady enough for us to consider another card processor. I agreed to change my service to this company on the recommendation of someone that I've known in the community for a long time . From the very beginning of this business relationship my batches never matched the amount that was processed during the day. And it never was next day deposit. After trying it for for the trail period of 45 days, I canceled, that was in June, they are still taking we're a monthly fee of 3 times what their agreement was out of my bank account and refusing to refund it as of today . The sales person locally has been to my office to help me rectify this monthly since June. The company refuses to refund any of the funds that they have drafted in error. I have been using wholesale payments for more than 2 years now and I was very happy with the service in the beginning. After the first year they charged me annually membership fee that it was not disclosed, and when I wanted to cancel their service they wanted to charge me cancelation fees that it was not initially told when I sign up. Also they put more monthly service fees because you had to charge a minimum of $1500 every month otherwise the charged you more fees per month. The staff are not very polite and they do not help you. Make sure before you sing up with them you triple check everything. Very bad experience.

These agents are really tricky. I was hooked up for one month free trial. Then they charged me $32.95 for year and now they want early cancellation fee of something I haven’t use for year. If you hear a word that the representative from “Wholesale” credit card processing and they can lower down your payment chase them away. You ended up paying more with lots of struggles and stress.

I finally got an agent (JD) on the phone who took his time and help me through the process. He guided me through every step and forward me information I never received and stay on the phone with me until I got the steps completed. I signed up for merchant credit card processing from this company. I agreed to use them as long as they did not charge a fee if I terminated them, The salesman promised there would be no termination fee and even put a 0 in the block for a termination fee in the contract. I used them for about 3 years and decided to use another company. They then tried to say I owed them $675 termination fee! They even sent me an altered contract showing that I owed them this termination fee. They even sent me to collections! When I showed them my unaltered contract they said they wont pursue me for the money. Do not trust this company! you will be sorry

Had an excellent experience with Tyler Foster in Client Services regarding a charge-back issue for our company, Fleet Care LLC. Even though I blindsided him, Tyler was professional and took the steps to determine what was going on. He followed up with me in a timely manner multiple times, keeping me updated and acting as the go between to get my problem resolved. Very impressed with the service I received from Tyler, and this has been true of all my (thankfully very few) interactions with the company thus far. Recommended.

Absolute scam of a company. Sales rep Alex Shea acted super friendly to get me to sign up. Promised me $0 monthly fees and .5% fees for debit transactions which is what I agreed upon. Did the DocuSign and got the equipment set up. The machine would run everything as credit (3.5% fee even for debit cards) and for months he said he is getting it fixed and told me to keep bypassing and the money will be refunded back to my account. He later said they fixed the issue and I have to do the DocuSign again for the same terms, but apparently he wrote up a different contract which is charging me $90 a month and 3.5% on debit transactions as well. On top of that, he stops responding once I’m assuming he’s gotten his commission from the sale. I’ve lost out on thousands of dollars by working with this company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

This company was very helpful with the initial set up. The on line monthly statements are easy to review. I have had several different credit card processors throughout my 30+ year retail career. They all do the same thing, they process the cards. Wholesale payments just does it more economically and with really good service. Cold called. We get frequent pitches for card services. I advised the frontline person it would be a waste of time to discuss. They said give us 5 minutes and they would show how they could save big $. If it was a waste of my time, they would give me something like $300 value gift card or something like that. Well, sales person came out. Gave more than 5 minutes explaining our business. Came back a week later to collect a statement from our current provider for reference. In advance of the 2nd visit, I determined a big part of the pitch is the cash discount program. That is a total no-go for us. I explained further conditions that would be required for us. Never heard back. After a few weeks, I called and left a call back message with the sales rep. My intention was to claim the "wasted time" reward. Never heard a peep after, or since the 2nd meeting. I want the reward as clearly I was right from the start.

Our company, All-Star Rent-A-Car, has been with Wholesale Payments for over a year and the company is very professional. The customer service reps are courteous and attentive especially Stephaine who helped me save extra money on my processing fees. Just ask if there are options for your business and she will surely be helpful. You may want to look into their cash discount program as it has been invaluable to our home town business. Why should the card companies (Visa, MC, Discover, AMX....)take a BIG piece of your profits. If it's time to take control of your processing fees give Stephaine a call.

I had a previous problem with another Merchants of them not calling back nor try to show us how to do the paperwork, they just fax us the application and we never heard from them again. I then spoke to Amy Morin with Wholesale Payments who explained how everything worked with their company. She then refer me to Phillip Bowman (very nice man) who actually came out to our shop, went threw the application with us and signed us up. After setting up the card terminal, again Amy called and showed us step by step on how the card terminal and website worked (super easy) she was such a sweet lady and very friendly! STAY AWAY !! I was approached by Rosy Ayala a representative for this company she got me to get their service and told me I was going to pay less in merchant fee.. No monthly payments and no contract just prosessing fee from my part and some they charge to the customer paying . guess what.. the first to pages I fill out it says nothing about a contract and or monthly payments . I dont even use their service I used it once . And they been charging me $90 per month for about 9 months now so I found out that today. I asked for contract I signed and the last page “ I never seen it before “ is the agreement for cancelation and it has my business name , date ( without my handwriting) and not even the signature is mine .. this people are total SCAM .. I should have read previous reviews . I call the representative that went to my busines and said “ wrong number “ just like real SCAMS .

Canceled my service with them in June 2021, sent in all the paperwork, sent back the terminal and provided photos of the fedex lable & box, etc. This company continues to charge my account, even after speaking with them. I am STILL GETTING CHARGED. voice mail jail, and excuses. IF YOU ARE A PLACE OF BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THEM.

Had a 7 day free trial. I did not like the system so I mailed back 2 days before trial ends. They tried to charge me $300 cancellation fee until the salesperson that signed me up said she did offer 7 day free trial. I filled out cancellation forms. Thought I was done with this company! Nope! They charged me 3 more times! Sent wrong paperwork by mail. They refused to reimburse what they took from my bank acount. Would not let me speak to a manager and told me I may still be charged other fees but wont have to pay early trmination fee! Which I have already paid $256.58!!! I DO NOT recomend using this company!!!!

Worst experience ever! Lie after lie about the fees they would charge. Almost impossible to cancel the service and they still are charging fees. Would not advise any business to use this company for credit card processing. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
We canceled your service as soon as we received the cancellation packet back and confirmation that the equipment had been mailed to us. We did receive confirmation that you put a stop payment on the monthly fees that were part of your original contract. As of February 15th, the account was closed.

Cody Cook and a man named Phillip misrepresented themselves as employees of our company, and cancelled our current credit card processor account. This incurred a $12,000 cancellation fee which we would have never agreed to. There were multiple cases of erroneous information given out, and they lied to our Shop Management Company by stating they were our employees. We will be pursuing legal action at this time; and I cannot stress enough that this is a shady, and irresponsible company. Do not do business, and do not give them any financial information. They will attempt to steal from you.

We switched our card processing to Wholesale Payments and are saving a ton of money . We have a reasonable annual fee and occasionally will incur a fee if a client is using some type of reward card. It was definately a win win for our insurance agency.

I never spoke to salesman or sales agent of this company. Magically, they have a signed contract from me. They can't show me my contract or signature, but I'm liable now. Wholesale Payments sales agent forged my signature. Wholesale payments is a dishonest company and is desceptive to those who paths they cross. I would NEVER do business with such sales tactics

These people are scammers! We signed up with them and they filled in sections of our lease agreement after we signed and tried to charge us a higher rate! Although we had out original copy, getting someone to help you in customer service is almost impossible, after you sign up you just get the runaround from them, small businesses need all the help we can get right now and Wholesale payments are NOT allies, the specific sales rep who lied right to our face when questioned, well his name was Robert Richardson, so beware, there are tons of options out there for POS systems and if wholesale was one of yours scratch them off your list!

If I could I’d give 0 stars . The sales representative I went through, lied to me the whole time. Their terminal wasn’t going to sync with what I originally had ,which was my clover so I decided not to go further. This was the first week of February, the sales representative Vicente Lopez, clearly said I would not get charged since I didn’t want to go further. He said he’d pick up the machine well that was a lie, on March 2nd I was charged $95 and I never used the machine . I had called Vicente Lopez he had said said I’d get my money back in 3 to 5 business days, well that was a lie. I finally called the one 1 800 number after going back and forth. They said I needed to fill out a cancellation packet and return the machine . Well I wish I would have known that in February but the sales representative never communicated with me about a cancellation packet or a machine . I finally filled out the cancellation package and returned the device and now they are saying that it is up to the sales representative Vicente Lopez to return my money out of his own pocket. I reached out to Vincent Lopez and I had said that he’d needed to give me my money back and of course no response at all. I’ve called the one 800 number to speak to a manager about getting my money reimbursed, but seems like they are waiting on Vicente Lopez manager to respond. Really what kind of business do you guys run, that you can’t reimburse me my money. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, please do yourself a favor and don’t sign with them. Save yourself !!!

The WORST. Do not sign up with this lying, sneaky company. They steal your money and never give it back. They write in numbers after you have signed your contract. Even things left blank on your copy are not honored. How is this legal?! We made a terrible mistake going with wholesale! If a wholesale sales person comes to your business send them right back out!
