One day it's 500 for title and change of plates. Next day 600. I came third time hoping to find and speak to a reasonable individual and they raised it to 800!!! Loll hilarious place. Go there for the show only ;)

Just tried to charge me $616 to re-title a 50 year old motorcycle. This is about $400 more than what I actually got it done for. Avoid. Absolute robbery.

Rude, dishonest and mean. They overcharged me 150$ for plates registration. DMV has the price at $380. They took $530 for the same service and don't give receipt. When i asked why the cost is so high the lady gave me false number for the tax that cook county charges and claimed her fee is only $100. She gave no receipt which is illegal from what i know and now the metal plates are taking over a month to get in. They told me 2-3 weeks at the time. After i spoke to them 1 month later it comes out it could take 2months since they collect a bunch of title transfers and one of them goes to the DMV to get the plates at ones..... my advise, avoid at all cost!

Catalina was very nice ! I don't understand how title and plates can cost 551.00 dollars and they can only provide a receipt for 251.00.... tax on a 1995 car is 25 bucks no way to contact thru the website so im gonna have the bank look into it i guess . Something fishy going on

They don't know much about their job from what I've noticed but they get the basics done I guess. But seriously it's odd seeing employees having either a phone conversation or a FaceTime call while they are attending to you...like really is there no other time you could be doing that? Really. They get the one star rating because of their inability to offer proper customer service

They charge $200 more than the other currency exchanges to transfer title and plates. They should be reported to the state. Total of $801 for the same service as the currency exchange on Dundee and Milwaukee. Don't go there, they are privately owned and a rip off for the community. Let them go out of business.

Horrible woman. Very rude. Messed up our plate transfer & didn't notify us for months. I had to go in 5 times because she didn't tell me the whole story. She literally yelled at me in front of other customers when I asked questions. I finally got a temp tag, but I don't trust she processed it correctly. I'll be checking status with the DMV until this is resolved.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I went to change my check and the older lady gave me a fake $100 bill!!!! I went back and told them they gave me a fake $100 bill and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I called the cops to report it and the officer on duty told me he has been called to this location multiple times.

This location needs to improve customer service or either not allow employes to use cell phones while attending customers!! I went to pay a bill thru western union and the lady was on duty was talking on her phone on a bad mood and treated me like if i was asking for a free service and asked me rudely if i knew i had to pay $10.00 for the service, of course i know i pay my bill every month!! But the worst thing it's that she sent the payment to a wrong company!!! Just because she was on the cell phone not paying attention to me and all she said it was a "sorry" i ask to talk to the manager and she answers ironically "I am the manager" and there is nothing i cam do for you!!! Are you kidding me??? Its been 25 days and i haven't get my refound and damaging my credit because the payment is delay now. She just told me to call western union's customer service and they will help me! now im wasting time and all because this lady called "manager" can't do her job right because her cell phone is more important than customers. I'm not going back to this location amd i don't recommend to go pay bills here until they do something about it.

This deserves no stars! Terrible service! Very deceiving so called exchange rate offfice. There's a notary public officer who knows nothing about her job! No wonder this is rated 1.7 star. Don't waste your time going there!
