Walked into this branch today, and was so amazed. I opened up a checking and savings account 100% stress free. Wheat State Credit Union, definitely has a real gem on their hands at this location. Miss Ashlee explained EVERYTHING to me, and took the time to help me order checks, as well as download and log into my Wheat State Credit Union account app. I HIGHLY recommend ANY one looking to open an account, to come into this location. This Credit Union was the first place to help me after I went through Bankruptcy. They have helped me several times since then. My credit was good and they gave me great rates. Now my credit is bad again because of becoming disabled. I went to ask if they could help me get a car and they preapproved me before I knew what I was going to buy. I TOO HAD TOTALLY FAITH AND TRUST IN THE INDIVIDUALS THAT SERVE US. IT ALSO SADDENS ME THAT WE ARE SO DUMB DOWN TO THE FRAUD THAT WE BELIEVE THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR. BANKERS MANUALS, IRS PUBLICATIONS TELL DIFFERENTLY. YOUR CAR, YOUR HOUSE WAS PAID FOR AS SOON AS YOU SIGNED THE SECURITY AGREEMENT. THE BANKS COME BACK TO USE TELLING US THEY ARE LOANING US MONEY FOR THE HOUSE OR CAR. QUESTION, DID YOU GET ANY MONEY? PEOPLE GET THEIR PROPERTY TAKEN DUE TO LACK OF FULL DIS CLOSER AKA FRAUD OF FACTUM. WE HAVE BEEN HOOD WINKED. AND SAD THAT THE LOAN AGENT YOU SIT AND SPEAK WITH HAS NO CLUE. BUT THE CFO AND CEO KNOW. DO SOME RESEARCH, READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT, AND ASK QUESTIONS. THE AGENTS RELY ON OUR NOT READING. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

I have had a great experience with Wheat State so far. When looking for an auto loan, I first went to intrust bank as I had an account with them for 2 years. However, it was put through their automatic system to determine whether I received a loan without a second thought. I heard about this credit union from a car dealer I went to and received an auto loan the same day. They have given exceptional service throughout my time with them.

We submitted an application to this bank for one of our customers and got the worst customer service ever they wouldn't return a phone call to just simply tell us the answer. We waited in ? for 3 days when we finally got a letter stating there decline then upon requesting a second look with more documentation proving around their decline, they wouldn't even getting the file out...
