ACE Cash Express S Woodlawn Blvd, Wichita

I've used places like this many many times and always payed on time and in full until repaid but never have I ever gone into an ACE Cash Express, and I've got to say why have I ever gone anywhere else. This place was by far the best experience I've ever had in a store of it's kind. Right away even with how busy they were ( and I know why now.) they made sure to greet me and actually seem sincere about it. When it was my turn to step up to the counter I was yet again greeted in a professional but personal manner by a lady named Cali. I informed her what I was needing and right away had me take. Care of with a plan that fit my needs perfectly, and for the first time I was offered some extras but was never pressure sold into them. All in all the store was very clean very well staffed and friendly. Solid 10 of 10 in my books. I will for sure be doing business with ACE Cash Express in the future. Thanks again Cali and all other staff that assisted me.

This was the first time I have gone to a place like this and I was very impressed at how fast they were able to cash my check. Very friendly service and since it was my first time, she explained the entire process to me in detail! If I ever need to get a check cashed again, this is where I will go!!

Dashionda was super nice and attentive. I came to cash a check since the bank is closed and was able to get in and out in no time. She even interacted with my baby boy. Awesome customer service.

I had questions About check cashing and loans, when I went in to get a money order. Jenny was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. This place seems to be a One-Stop shop kind of place.

Natalie is amazing!! I’ve been to this location multiple times for payroll check cashing and she’s always in a great mood, always so polite and funny!! We’ve had problems with having to verify me working from my employer but she’s always been super patient in working with me!! Thank you Natalie

California showed exceptionally great customer service here went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated it's nice but rare these days to find someone who actually goes out of the way to make sure your taken care of so now I will do all my business here!!!!

Went into location 1-1-22. Go to counter I was greeted so politely. Seen her badge lady name was Jenny. What a marvelous job she did helping me. Keep up the great work ACE,with your employees.

Quick and explained everything without any confusion. The girl who helped (C) was courteous and knowledgeable. It's hard for me to score 5 or a perfect 10. Always room for improvement.

Whenever I need express cash, I go to ACE Cash Express. They have express service for getting cash, and they are the aces of their business - hence the name.
