Clean, well organized store. My sales associate, Lindsay (just look for the girl in the hat), was super knowledgeable when we purchased two violins. We looked at other pawn shops, but the quality and personable staff brought us back to buy from them. Strongly recommend this location!

Lindsey sized my rings and they came out amazing!!! She's the best and I'll always take my jewelry to be cleaned by her.

They are always so friendly and helpful there. I would recommend them to anyone buying, selling or pawning. I've had experience over the years with all three services and have never had any complaints.

I bought a white gold box chain for my daughter and got home with it and discovered that it was not the right length. I seen on bottom of the receipt that all sales are final. I decided to go back to the store to see if they would work with me on it. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received from Elizabeth. She didn't just give the all sales final speech she helped to find something to exchange it for, even checked another store location to see if they had anything. She searched the inventory she had and we came up with a ring instead for my daughter I know alot of sale's associates at other places wouldn't have even taken the time to help a customer out like that. She truly went above and beyond for me. I appreciated the wonderful customer service I got there.

Today I came to pick up my ring and right after getting it, I was told they offered jewelry cleaning services. I haven’t seen my ring in months due to financial issues, so when I heard about the ring cleaning services when picking it up, I instantly went to the jewelry cleaning station. Here I was met by an amazingly sweet woman named Lindsay, who offered to make it extra shiny for me for an extra 5 bucks on top of the already free cleaning service! Of course I said yes! I was so excited to have my ring back and what’s better than getting it back looking better than before? I waited maybe 10 minutes before she came out front the cleaning station to reveal my ring. I was SHOCKED! I could SEE myself in the band. I was beyond ecstatic that I almost cried, but to make sure I didn’t bring Lindsay to tears with me, I held back. She took the time to explain what she did with my ring, even though it was only ten minutes time spent with it, all while apologizing for how dirty her hands were. LINDSAY! You should never apologize again. You have no idea how happy you made me and because of your great customer service, I won’t go to another pawn shop for any kind of service or merchandise. If you guys need your jewelry cleaned, go see Lindsay here, and pay the $5 for extra shiny. You won’t be disappointed!! Sincerely, One very happy wife!

I loved purchasing Jewelry from this store, but during the management change over I lost too much. I was advised almost all my jewelry had fallen through the crack. What crack? Not sure if I will ever purchase anything from here again. I feel respected and helped by all new and former staff that remained with A-OK especially Stan. I will forever insure and have all my jewelry appraised from now on. Mark too has helped some not as much as I feel he could have though.

Victoria got me and my cousin right, we went in there hoping to purchase a Ps4 but the price was sitting at $239 had us a little discourage, but Victoria cut us a deal. She said if we pay for it right now she can bring it down to $190 we looked at her baffled because that's a deal we had to take. 🤣👌 After, we immediately had up most respect for Victoria and the A-OK Pawn Shop so shout out her, she knows how to work with her customers. I’ve been to 2 other a-ok’s in Wichita besides this one and yes the Oliver location is the best! Went there 3 times, each time a different employee, and every time they were always nice. They are fair and give you what it’s worth for your money as far as selling goes. Best pawn shop location in the city.

Lindsay was awesome today. I had already decided this would be our jeweler after Nate did work for us and then today I picked up a ring Lindsay sized for me and it was a great job. But.... It didn't stop there. I needed a ring soldered and thought I would have to leave it, she fixed it while I looked around, nice work too!

They always treat me right when I have to use them for pawns. I also love their layaway option for buying things. Wish Walmart still had layaway, but they don't so A-Ok is my place.

Apparently they don't test they electronic systems bought a PS4 for my son for Christmas hooked it up an the system freezes constantly keeps putting the system in safe mode if you do manage to get it on the home screen it freezes once you open the game app it also came with a controller an the controller doesn't even charge so basically I got ripped off for $300 dollars what a wonderful Christmas

Lindsay did an amazing job. My fiancé needed my ring done before New Year’s Eve so she could propose to me when the clock strikes 12am. It was such short amount of time but she got it done . We went out of town on New Year’s Eve and boom we’re getting married. Then we had to come back because my ring was to small and hers was to big. So we went back a couple days later to get them resized . But hers couldn’t so I bought her a new one that also had to be resized smaller. Worst business ever!! Stole 2 games system from us after we called and promise to pay and assured that it will not get took. Within a month difference. Been a loyal customer for years and to get screwed over in the long run. Literally call in a couple days after due date to make payment, after speaking with previous reps, for them to say my items have been pulled and sold. But states they see notes on my account saying to not pull. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.. Will get the rest of my items out and do business elsewhere!!
