We had a fraud situation occur and Jennifer was amazing in getting us an appointment set up and even start some disputing for us. At our appointment we met with Michelle and she made the entire process so easy for us and explained everything to our understanding. Hands down the best experience with a bank!

Eric is a pleasant person to work with. You are never rushed through the application and loan approval process. Should you hear a recorded message when you call him or see a text informing you that he is “currently” unavailable, not to worry. He will call you back in a few minutes. Fast, friendly, courteous! We closed in 1/6 of the time it was taking with another lender who could not seem to give us the attention to get the loan closed. Westerra responded to us quickly, respected the COVID guidelines and did almost everything touchless/digitally, and got us a better rate than we were getting elsewhere!

Been with this CU for over 5 years. I do all my business true them. Never been late on a car payments or overdrawn on my account. The reason for the low ratings is because when I came to get a small personal loan to consolidate a small debt I have I was denied. Long history with them and they show no loyalty back. I feel like I'm banking with Chase banks.

The staff here is always polite and does there best to get you in and out efficiently and quickly. One of the specialists I've met with, Lisa, is very friendly, takes interest in your needs, and is very communicative. She's gone above and beyond for me and has made this establishment and my experience with it stress free. The only downside side is that there's no drive through, however, that's part of the charm when you get to interact with the staff.
