It was a great experience working with Beau and Mariah at Synergy Mortgage Solutions. We received a few different refinance quotes from other lenders when initially starting the process and when comparing the quotes, Beau pointed out inaccuracies with our other quotes. The competitors quote looked like a better deal with a lower loan amount and escrow numbers but Beau warned me that the pay off figures and escrow numbers were not accurate. We decided to move forward with a competing company and exactly what Beau predicted would happen, did happen. All of the loan figures increased substantially! This made us come back to Synergy Mortgage, as we felt the level of attention to detail (and what truly was the better offer) should have won out in the beginning.
