Business hours says open Monday thru Friday 9 -6 but sign on door says I'm on conference call, wait till I'm finished. Been waiting for 30 minutes. Don't waste your time at this place. They obviously don't care about their customers. 1 person left after 20 minutes, another person here waiting also. They just want to charge rip off rates and then not being responsive to customers!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Warning everyone I've been a customer here for 2 years. I had my loan paid off once. They sent me a note saying they would give me more this time. I took the bait. Was a couple days late on payment in August due to family tragities. I got a call from a new reseptionest who was screaming and threatening me. Only a few days late. She had me so upset I got out of bed and went and paid her. She said she was sorry for screaming at me like she did but was trained to tell and scream at all customers like that. She to call her in a few days to pay the $26 dollar late fee. I didn't have it I get paid once a month. So the next day the manager calls me up and screams at me so loud I got an anxiety attack. She screamed and harrased me so bad. I had to call the corporate office for help. I was told I called them a dirty name and I'm just not a hateful person. I know that's bad business. And I'm not sending my friends there. I didn't deserve that. A nice lady from the corporate office called me and I explained. She looking into this further. Asked me what was the reason for being behind I told her my son my son beat me up 2 times and lost my grandbaby and was put on meds for being suicidal. She said I could start paying every other month. How sweet.

April is a pleasure and is skilled at customer service!! She is an amazing sales person and has awesome deals every day!!! Thank you for being an asset April!

This company cares nothing about customer service. They close offices in areas without informing active customers. They make changes to convienant payment methods without sending out notices to active customers in areas 30 miles away, were they closed an office without informing people. April that works their will swear she told people when she did not, about the change in payment method and is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I will get them paid off and never do business with them again. I will warn everyone I know about there business practices and how rude April will be once you have been a customer for a long time. I finally paid these predators off . People beware. The people working this office are horrific. I will never do business with that office again.

Absolutely the most unprofessional place you could go to in the Durant are always very rude and hateful even if your ahead on your loan payments went in to make a payment for someone and couldn’t get any kind of receipt something doesn’t sound right

Best loan place! They not only do loans but have tons of cool stuff you can get. Just got an occulas quest 2 from here!

If it wasn't for this place when I started back in 2013 to gain some form of credit, I would be stressing out finding ways to be credible in companies eyes and now I have an excellent score, not only from my finachial responsibilites, but because I established credit going through them and them help guiding me by teaching the best ways on learning to manage and building a good standing name for me to getting a car etc.
