Suzanne was the woman who helped me. She was polite and explained everything to me. She helped me get through the process feeling accomplished even though we had some complications. She did not get frustrated or rude. I enjoyed her company :)

Suzanne was no nice and informative. They will help you with a loan or check cashing services in as quick a manner as possible. If you need help with cash until payday, this is the place to go.

The lady was supposed to be back at 3:15 and she did not return until 3:30. I waited for 15 minutes outside while customers came and left. When she finally arrived with her co-worker, they spent much time discussing her boobs and bra, while helping her adjust her chair. I patiently waited for them to chit-chat and not care about anything in the world - then when she (the blond haired girl) finally waited on me, I needed to run out to the car to grab my card and she waited on the next person. It took her FOREVER to wait on her, and of course,the lady asked the customer private and personal questions like "are you getting a divorce?" I was appalled at this type of unprofessional behavior and I will NEVER go to this establishment again!

Suzanne was by far the nicest sweetest woman I have met, she is by far the hardest worker I came across.

Every time I go in, Trevor is always super professional and helpful. Plus, he is super cute!

I love the customer service. The agent was extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. You can tell she actually cares. They are now the only ones I will turn to if it is needed. Definitely recommend going to see her!!!

My wife and I have used this company off and on for seversl years. They are supposed to open at 10am but its usually 10 to 20 minutes after the posted time. The blond haired manager is never there. Only one other girl waits on the customers. Normally six or seven customers who have been waiting outside the locked door in all kinds of weather. Today we went to the durant store to make a payment. We live about 20 miles from durant and when we arrived there were several people waiting. We noticed a small paper clock which stated they would return at 11am. The wife and I went to Walmart to kill time but when we returned to Check n Go (AT 11am) the store was still closed. One of the other waiting customers said she had spoken to the manager who told her she had a family emergency to tend too. We found out later she had gone to a bank in Sherman Tx. It looks like something could be done on how the store operates. The customers have things to do other than standing out in the weather waiting to be admitted inside. Let me tell you...if you are late coming in to make payment at your appointed TIME (which they set) you can be sure they are calling you on the phone. Its not the customers fault if they cannot get into the store to make payments. The public should think twice about using this store.

I try not to borrow but when I have to I definitely love the convenience of this place both of the people that work there are wonderful and I can't stress enough how great they are for what they do. Thank you for both of them you guys rock
