Today I received the most amazing service from Western Loan & Jewelry! The drive from West LA to Their location in East LA was well worth it! The owner provided me with great customer service from the very beginning, everyone in the shop was professional and friendly! I was quoted, and received the best price for my pawned item in my time of need! Thank you all again and I look forward to this being my go to for buying, selling, and pawning!

The staff members were super polite and professional. The shop itself is very clean and organized. I dealt with the owner, who looked like he belongs in a Hollywood movie as a General or Admiral, or maybe a Senator, was very nice and professional, and gave me a fair deal for a loan for my laptop. I felt comfortable, respected, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, and a much needed boost to my wallet! I'd recommend them to friends and family!

Went to a pawn shop for the first time in my life.. I knew nothing on how it worked I just needed a loan for a bill... I walked in and immediately Miriam welcomed me and made me feel comfortable about doing this for the first time... She was completely honest and nice at the same time.. My experience with Tony was incredible. I brought in a ring that belonged to my girlfriend’s (now fiancé) grandmother. After discussing design ideas, Tony worked with his jeweler to create an engagement ring with the diamonds from the original ring. The ring came out better than I imagined. I proposed this past weekend and she said yes!

Western Loan & Jewelry is a great place to buy and sell your things. I recently went in to get my chains fixed and Toni was completing honest about their value. Not only did he give me great information about jewelry, he also took his time with me in finding a new chain for myself as well for my mother. During my visit he had to step away and Destiny was just as helpful as he was. She also took her time with helping me find a gorgeous ring for my mother to go along with her new chain. I definitely recommend going here. They treat you with so much care and elegance.
