They are the best hands down! The guys Mike, Carlos and Jr. are always ready to help and get me out the door happy! I have gone to M Pawn on several occasions now and every time I go I leave with what I need! Picking up my items was cool too because I only had to pay $10 to get all my things out! I am used to paying close to $60 to get my items back. They also have a very clean and organized store with a good selection especially on the music gear I need! I drive across town to come to these guys! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND M PAWN ANYTIME!!!!!

Yvette is a wonderful person and helped me with all the my needs from doing quick easy payments to easy pawning. Very helpful and does her best to help us myself John and my mother. So I’ve mentioned before how awesome and amazing this pawn shop is! But clearly I didn’t know they were waaaay more then that! I had pawned something that had sentimental and heart warming value to me November of 2020! I’ve owed this loan since February of 2021. Now out of the kindness of their hearts. They held onto it for me till I had some of the money to pay towards it today! Yvette was so generous. Best customer service I’ve ever received in a very long time! Best Pawn Shop Around EAST LA / COMMERCE! They are super friendly, very well known and just overall great and I love the customer service, I feel like I’m talking to friends rather than an employee... they always! I came in on Saturday to speak with the manager (Mike) because I had a final notice on a piece of jewelry I had left there. I let him know that I do not get paid until the 18th and he was very understanding and allowed me to have a extension to pick up my jewelry on payday. I am very thankful . My experience with M Pawn/Maywood Pawn shop was pretty positive. They seemed friendly and nice. Spent a lot of time with us so we could understand what we were selling. Seemed like they give a fare price and didn't rush us and weren't high pressure or anything, which I liked. I'd go there again if I needed to go to a pawn shop.
