West Suburban Bank (WSB Xpress Lanes Only) E Geneva Rd, Carol Stream

I am sorry to state that this bank is closing on April 15, 2022. The bank merged with another bank and they are closing this branch. The drive through lanes are open until then but customer service has been ended. I liked this branch but seldom stopped in, I will miss it though.

I went to the ATM at 4:00pm to use the express teller service, and it said the teller service was closed for the day.

Went to pay a bill at this bank Saturday because of the online posted hours of 9-1; they were closed.

Edited down from 5 stars to 3 since they closed the drive-through. My business makes sizable deposits, typically 30 to 50 checks at a time, which I would usually just drop off at the window (not waiting for a receipt on the spot). Now, we are urged to use the outside kiosk, where I would have to sort my depositing checks by 'size' and limit the number of checks deposited per 'bundle'. Each 'size' and bundle of checks would be a separate deposit. How silly is that?! When the bank starts paying me to do the job of a teller, then I will do the tellers job. Until then, I am resigned to parking in the lot and walking into the facility (manned by 3 employees: 2 tellers and a loan officer.. with nothing much to do). Parking and walking in STILL takes less time when compared to making multiple deposits at a machine! Hey WSB, "Full-Service" means having a functioning drive-up... right? Please open it up again! I LOVE WSB, but the new system..? not so much.

Do not bank here if you use online access to your checking account. If you get locked out of your online account after 6:00pm, they will not help you until the following day during the business hours that are convenient for them. I've been locked out of my online account for two days now because I can't call their customer service during the day when I'm at work, and they close their customer service for this at 6:00pm, which is before I get home from work. I'm just out of luck with trying to get help from them. Most other banks banks have customer service that you can call during the evening to help you get back into your online account, but not West Suburban Bank. If you get locked out your online account at night time, you're just out of luck.
