I only gave them a one... Due to the fact they answered the phone and put me on hold. I was on hold for over two hours so I hung up. I called back... Same thing. I had to go to the bank to do business that could have easily been done over the phone.

I've used Wesbanco for years really nice bank I some times have my chiewawa savanna with me they don't mind and always give her a treat she loves that!

THEY ROB YOU .....Your mobile banking app never updates on time and your bank never registers weekend actions so y'all have cost me about 200 dollars so far from saying I have money I dont than a few days later take all of the money out at one time costing overdraft fees
