I have had WEOKIE banking service for years. With new technology banking is so much easier. The representative (Ariel) who helped with setting up a new checking account made the transaction so very easy. She was prompt on replies which gave me a great sense of security. I have always recommended WEOKIE to plenty of friends and coworkers. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

I typically have smooth, easy experiences whether I am withdrawing or depositing or another issue. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with!

I would not recommend this bank. The customer service is horrible!!!! Do not get an auto loan with them, go anywhere else!!! I do all the bill paying for our family. My husbands name is on the loan and even though I have all his credentials and he has called several times to ask that I be added to make payments, they say that the only way I can get access is to refinance in both our names. It is not family friendly!!!!

Opening a checking account with this bank was the worst decision I ever made. Our counselor neglected to tell us all new accounts are put on a hold for a month. So if you try to deposit even a CASHIER'S check it will be put on a nine day hold. After opening our account we told our counselor we would be going to our old bank to get a cashier's check to avoid the wait of an electronic transfer. She said nothing but "great". So we did that and deposited it they handed me a slip that basically said we had no access to any of our money until the hold was off. Awesome. I went in the next day and spoke to the manager who fixed the situation. I thought it was over. NOPE. Two weeks went by and we still didn't have our cards. I was worried they'd been stolen out of my mailbox so I called to see if they knew if it had been delivered. Guess what? They forgot to order our check cards. So we waited again. Went back today. Didn't get ordered until a week after. So it's been a month and no cards. We've been turned away because some places don't accept temporary checks, and I don't feel comfortable carrying large amounts of money on me. Set up account on 1/8 it's now 2/1 and no check cards. This place is abysmal. Do not trust your money to this place.

Tried to get a auto loan from them 5 days ago now and they just sent me an email saying they just received it and it will take 2 to 5 day to complete. I was accepted within 1 hour at a car dealership and thought it would be a good idea to go with the ones I use already but instead I get everything they need and turn it in and they decide to take 5 days just to finaly look at it ( which would have been longer if I didn't call them twice everyday to check) and now up to 5 days to process it. The car I was trying to buy will have been sold by then, if that happens I will refinance my loan through another bank and never do business with weokie again. Update, weokie has now taken 7 days. The vehicle I applied for has been sold. I'll be refinancing and taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly not recommend weokie to anyone.

Go anywhere else. This post is in regards to the whole operation and all branches. Absolutely incompetent upper management. 1980s online system and app. You can never access your account info without spending 4 hours of your time and eventually having to go to the branch.

I recently moved from New Jersey to Oklahoma. Unfortunately, the bank I use in NJ (PNC) does not have a branch in Oklahoma. A friend recommend I check out Weoki. I'm glad I did. Very friendly and professional staff and always willing to help. So, Ive been transferring funds from PNC to Weoki and now that the funds have cleared I stopped in today to open a higher yield savings account. I was helped by Halee D. who was very helpful and quickly had the new account setup for me. Walking in to Weoki you get a very warm comfortable feeling.

They aren’t open on Saturdays anymore for you to come inside the building. If you have a normal Monday through Friday 8 to 5 job and you have to go inside to do anything important that can’t be done through the drive-through don’t plan on going there.
