Chase Bank Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon

Absolutely terrible customer service been banking here for over 10 years. Every year they cut back customer service more and more. You literally have to wait between one and two hours to receive any customer service in this bank it has got down to a skeleton crew. The people work here are friendly but seem overworked and understaffed chase bank is a terrible bank to do business with I will be changing my account in the very near future. Notice in the pictures all of the empty offices for customer service personnel. No one in this bank to provide any help. Proof by all the empty offices in the pictures.

I am waiting here for about 20 min. To get few temp checks fir my daughter. Thre are several sraff walking around not even considering I am here waiting.

Currently experiencing the slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Been sitting here now 15 minutes and haven’t moved once.

This Chase has the worst atm service, in the four times I tried to get cash the atm only worked once in a month! Its extremely inconvenient when I need cash n have to drive elsewhere where I usually have to pay a fee for getting cash! This is the worst Chase I've ever used!

This is the closest Chase location to my home. Every time I make the 20 minute drive over to deposit cash through the ATM after hours it isn’t working. 40 minutes wasted. This chase is awful.

Chase credit cards are trash. I signed up for one under a promotion that would give me an account credit if I made a certain purchase. They switched the promotion and didn’t give me the account credit. I use a variety of cards, so im very familiar with how to use them as a wise consumer. I strongly recommend that you stay away from any and all Chase products.

Super slow in drive thru, never come back again this location. Wait 15 minutes in drive thru then asked to come to lobby for authorized the transaction.

My review is on the drive-thru ATM only. Every time I try to use the ATM here they're always working on it and no other ATM in 15 miles. Just went to try and use it once again and guys working on it 2 pm on a Saturday week before Christmas. Just buy a new one or add another location already!!!!!!!!

Short staffed and half of them are incompetent at processing a simple transaction. I was made to wait 20 minutes in line (I was the next person in line when I walked up) and then was told nobody was available to do their job and I'd have to schedule an appointment or call in. I explained that nobody answers when you try to call in. The young lady said she could help me find information in the app, but I had already explained there were multiple options in the app with little to no explanation for what I needed to proceed. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Sent my daughter to make my car payment because I was at work but for some reason they can't take cash because she's not on the account. I won't get another loan through chase. That's ridiculous for a bank not to take cash. But what do u expect from JP Morgan.
