I have read all the past year reviews and decided I needed to post one. Everyone states how kind Erica is. It really depends. Sometime she is very friendly and nice while there are other times she is very rude, unprofessional. This should not be a flip of the switch when you work in customer service. I have watched and observed for a while now wondering if I was maybe seeing something on a one time occasion however that is not the case. Not only has she been like this to others while I was waiting but she has also been like that to me a few times...... treat people with respect and courtesy, you never know what they are going through.

Every time I come to this location Hannah is always so nice and will answer any question you have to make sure you leave without a doubt. This store is by far the most pleasant to walk into. Best customer service!

Been here a few times over the last few years, Connie was always a very kind and helpful woman. But now, she's no longer there. Hopefully the new people stay just as kind and helpful as she was! Edit: They weren't.

Ericka was very nice helping me with my payday loan! Their customer service is top-notch and their loan provision is fair and helps you with what you need. The interest isn't too bad either!

Just visited the Yukon office and found new manager Ericka to be so helpful. Said she had been with Checkngo a long time (think since 06) and she was very informative. Didn't realize all the services they offer and she clearly knows her business. She told me the benefits and she was really quick too. I was pleasantly surprised.

I come to this location specifically because of the great customer service. Ericka is always very helpful and goes out of her way to help her customers. She is great!!

I have been a customer their for years and decided to go to Yukon ! The lady their was a heavy set woman .! She was very rude on the phone ! I called a few minutes ahead and she said she couldn't help us cause she had a customer but when we went in she was again very rude, bad attitude and loud and it seemed like she really didn't want to help us. It was a very horrible customer service experience. You can tell she was very unpleasant bc she didn't even greet us and tell us her name! So I would suggest you go somewhere besides this place when you need services like this business!

************I WOULD STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PAYDAY LOANS IN TOWN************** I see there hasn't been a recent review and am SO DISPLEASED I just had to sign up with google to write one about this store. FIRST OF ALL THE LADY IS A HUGE WINCH. She's so belittling and just plain rude. I can understand you have to do your job but she shouldn't be in customer service and needs to treat people with some decency. There was a discrepancy in my payroll check so I asked if she'd give me till the next day to repay my loan. She said she would but she LIED. Next morning I noticed she cashed my check and did NOT even give me time to take care of what I needed to. I Again I can understand she has a job to do but she was very rude and condescending about it for one thing, for another she rudely told me I'd just have to take care of the extra charges when I asked if I had any options to take care of the loan. That's when asked if I could have till the next day to figure something out. She cashed my check anyway and didn't give me a chance to work something out. LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD. The lady had locked up and was closed a hour before closing time. After knocking on the door several times and her just staring at me she finally opened the door. She acted as if I were a waste of time and after I went and made copies of everything she said she needed across the street (apparently there's no printer there for the paperwork they need from customers) she then told me she could not give me my money until the next day because it was too close to closing time (15 minutes till close)... I shredded all of my paperwork and will never be returning after such horrible service!
