All I'm going to say is my experiment there was okay. Dennis treated me nice in the beginning I was even pre approved for Mortgage loan but things have changed once I let my old realtor go. My old Realtor was the one that referred me to Dennis. When I started working with a new realtor things change. Dennis started coming up with these excuses of why it's not good time to use a FHA loan and people is not going to accept it that they was going for the traditional loan. Long story short I felt he was discriminated and retaliate against me.

Excellent company with a friendly, professional, team. They kept us informed throughout the process and got us the best rate possible. I will use Wells Funding again for our next home purchase.

Jonathan and his team literally came to my rescue... I’m a first time home buyer and I had started the process with a lender recommended by a friend. It wasn’t until I was in the throes of the process that it became apparent the first lender was not experienced enough to help me. Jonathan was given my info by a mutual acquaintance and he actively reached out to me and offered help, even before I was sure if I wanted to switch.
