This is my bank.. do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.. Fees fees fees.. They charged me 2 dollars to get my PIN changed.. I called to ask to get it credited and they absolutely refused.. Over 2 dollars.. 2!! Want a paper statement? that will cost ya!

Rude and inconsiderate staff. Cumbersome rules and processes. I have been a member for over 30 years now and have watched the place get worse over the past 3 years. New staff and leadership came in and ruined it. Don't waste your time or money here. You'll only leave frustrated.

This bank is impossible to deal with. We have a loan through them and they told us we could pay online but the online never works. When I go in to pay the loan they are always very slow and act like they have no idea what is going on. People on the phone are always rude

I have been a memeber since I was 7years old and they have watched me grow into an adult with my own children now. The experience is always great! Everyone is personable and pleasant!

Once again they change the system...and it DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!

I had a savings and checking account there for over 20 years. I always kept at least the minimal balance in the accounts. At times I had large amounts in them. I had 40.00 dollars in my checking for about a year and the basically took my money and closed both accounts. My Dad and brother both worked for Nipsco there entire lives. I'm sure they are very disappointed in there behavior. I called there and they were so mean to me. I would not recommend ever doing business with them. John F. LaVelle account number 66480

After banking here for years. 2002. I've been through unfortunate situations like divorce and bankruptcy. I always did what I could to not affect my relationship with the CU. Last year I was in the position of filing chapter 13. Well I had no choice as to filing on a vehicle that the CU held the note on as it did not run. My plan was to add the vehicle to my 13 so the CU recieved payment. I was told by Linda that wasn't an option. They would just take it. After very unpleasant conversations with her I said great. Keep it. Well after surrendering said vehicle. Which I was clear with everyone to let me know when they would come get it and I would have it ready. They ( Linda ) sent a repo company that took the wrong truck in the middle of the night. Their lawyer said to my lawyer. Your client will have it back by end of day. This was a Monday. It was taken Friday night. On Tuesday no one knew anything about it. No truck. 3.5 weeks later its dropped a few blocks from towing yard. Undamaged and undriven. Now CU is filing more than they need to come pick up truck that I willingly surrendered. Linda is a very unpleasant and no doubt narcissistic person. She knew I drove that truck to earm a living and feed my family. I have no doubt she had my truck retained out of spite. And by not allowing me to retain the vehicle through chapter 13. The CU now has the expense of finding a buyer for a beat up not running truck with 645,000 miles on it.

Friendly service, online payments are easy now that they have a new system and i get all of my loans through them. Have sent friends to get car loans and mortgages and all were satisfied

I'm there every day, twice a day but have never done business w/them. My daughter works there!

Great place to bank. Everyone is so knowledgeable and pleasant.
