Webmaster is awful. Cannot contact regarding the website itself, as they only direct you to customer service phone numbers. These customer service people have no idea how to route a legitimate website problem, that would be best communicated from one webmaster to another. There is a broken part of the user interface that as the webmaster for a federal government website; I'd love to share and provide insight on. But they deliberately obfuscate their contacts.

I went to open a corp business account on this Branch, even tho I had all the paper work required as told by the banker before coming to the branch, the banker couldn't open the business check account, he will often make long calls to clarify our docs by the person on the other line and wasn't helpful. both didn't either know what they were doing or they did not want to open that account, instead they wasted 4hours of my time that I will never recover through out my life, finally I decided to go to another bank and open my Corp business account. horrible horrible experience. I would give wellsfargo zero stars!!!!!

Viet wasted my time 2 days in a row. He’s created every obstacle in the book for me and my partners to not be able to create our business account. I’ve had bad experiences with Wells Fargo and this the worst. Thank you for wasting to work days viet. Speak up when you talk.

They are never open any more, the rest of us have to work but theses people. They just shut down when ever they want to.

No bathroom?? I brought my elderly mother to the bank last week. This bank is not user friendly for handicapped people in the winter. The 2 handicapped parking spots were full, so I had to push her wheelchair through a snowy parking lot. It hadn't snowed for several days so I wonder why it wasn't plowed. The handicapped ramp was also snowy, but the sidewalks were perfectly cleared of snow. Once inside while waiting for a banker, mom needed a bathroom. Surprise! There is no public bathroom! We were told very nicely we could use the gas station across the street. Are you crazy! So I would have to push her back through the snowy parking lot, load her in the car, drive across the street, return and repeat the parking lot problem plus lose our place in line to talk to a banker. We waited 15 minutes for a banker. I'm considering having mom switch her account to a more handicapped friendly bank. Good luck for those of you with small children and no bathrooms.

If I could give this operation at shore view I would was told to send a check to this branch an a person signed for it on the 23rd it is now the 25th and the large check still has not been posted to my account. Customer service was less the helpful only found out the branch is closed on here where is my deposit?

The personal banker, Michael Beaumont, at Shoreview Rice Creek Parkway branch was very friendly, polite, and efficient. I had applied for a business checking account online and was told it would take up to 30 business days. I then made an appointment with Mr. Beaumont at this Shoreview office. He was able to open the business checking account for me in an hour. I was very impressed of his work ethic & efficiency.

Sandran Dixon my banker she open for me a business account .She help me a lot a good customer service.they supposed to close at 5 but she help me until 5:55 PM. She have good Communication and Disciplined.

The 1-800-CALL-WELLS is poorly staffed with "bankers" (aka customer service reps in a call center) that have no ability or desire to help customers. Immense growth has taken a once great banking institution with impeccable customer service and mired it into a poor man's bank full of levels of bureaucracy. You can't even visit a branch without standing behind the dregs of society looking to cash their checks. When I called to try and verify transaction history on a long-term business account, a relatively straightforward task, I was treated like a criminal. Not one but three of these so called "bankers" were able to help, simply reading back pre-set responses from a screen. That's after going through endless hold times for "unusually high call volumes" just to speak to a human being. Don't degrade the business of banking by calling these call center workers "bankers," or at least give them some inkling of how to portray one! Wells Fargo, please institute a basic IQ test before hiring people to staff your business banking call centers, specifically the Shoreview, MN call center. The representative Charles and supervisor Malik both may not have been able to tie their shoes under pressure, much less pull up account information and answer a simple question. The same holds true for Amanda and her supervisor Kamanu in your Sacramento, California call center! This is after verifying (multiple times) the account number, tax ID number, my social, the amount and location of the last account deposit, the business address, and getting a text verification by cell phone. Ridiculous! You've just lost an account holder of nearly forty years!
