Long story short, a different lender messed up pretty badly just a few weeks before the closing on our first home. We got a phone call saying our mortgage fell through (error on the lenders side). Jerrid came in and saved the day! He was able to get us a loan pretty much last minute while others lenders said there wasn't enough time to close on our original closing date. He (and Katie) kept us informed all the way through. We are not sure if we'd have been able to get our home if not for he and his team. Recommend 10/10
