Wells Fargo Bank Long Point Rd, Mt Pleasant

Very disappointed in the Wells Fargo company! This branch is always closed. And they opened the office so a customer could go in the bank. Teachers go to work, Walmart employees go to work, Grocery store employees go to work. Why is a bank different?

All of you bad review writing people are stuck up! "She responded rudely as I entered the room." HaHa, please stop and listen to your self, how many times have you sounded rude? For all you know, that is the way she talks. I love Wells Fargo. Banked with them for 8 years now.

Friendly tellers, easy access from the main road.

I am very frustrated with the service at this Wells Fargo. I am a 19 year old college student that had to open an account as a minor three years ago to deposit checks for my first job. My sister had to sign for the account since I was a minor. Little did I know that if my sister over drafted on her separate account that it would take it out of my account. So this situation happened about a week ago and I went into the bank to ask how this was possible. The lady that I talked to, Shannon, was beyond rude and degrading to me. She talked down to me and cut me off mid-sentence when I just had a few questions to ask. I was angry, but I just wanted answers so I was trying to keep my cool. My mother was with me and she said "I guess we want to take her money out" after Shannon explained that it was policy to have money taken out of a joint account if one of the people on the account over drafted a separate account but didn't need the account holder's permission before doing so. Shannon responded "Take it out then!" and forced us out of her office. I then went up to the teller in tears because of how I had been treated and because I am out of $300 because "it's policy". The teller told me that if I wanted to close the account, I would have to talk with one of the other employees before getting my money. I said I had just come from there and Shannon ran out of her office and yelled at the teller/me in front of multiple customers saying "Give her the money and I'll close it after!!" The tellers that I spoke to were both very kind and offered me tissues because at this point I was so upset that I could barely talk, but overall it was the worst experience I've ever had in any sort of business... I am going to contact higher up in the Wells Fargo management and do whatever I can to have Shannon fired because no one deserves to be treated the way that I was. She responded rudely as soon as I entered the room. No one who deals with people on a daily basis should be allowed to treat anyone the way I was treated... And to treat someone the way that I was when there were at least 5 other customers behind me in line definitely doesn't look good for business. I closed my account, took all my money out, and will not be going back. I advise you not to open a joint account through Wells Fargo because your money will get stolen.

Continued poor communication and accountability from banker staff. The tellers are good.
