Although most Wells Fargo banks tend to have long lines, this branch is absurd. While there is 15+ Guests waiting there’s only 2 teller windows available while 4 employees roam around the lines with clip boards/ipads in there hands (for what reason idk other than to look “productive”.) superficial convos that are irritating, while the financial literacy is at an all time low. Don’t be fooled by the wardrobes , these individuals are nothing more than below average paid sales employees, not bankers , and far from financial advisors.

Staff I was directed to... Had no idea how to take the minimum distribution amount out of my IRA account!! Really though? Half the time the inside atm is "glitching" or not working correctly therefore having to wait for a long time in line. Go to the Castro valley branch, they are very helpful and quick

Great Experiences Getting In And Out With My Checks Cashed, But They Could Use Better Customer Service Training, They're Not Friendly(Not Rude) Or Talkative, But Helpful...

I used to bank with Wells Fargo years ago ... bad experience from so many different fees and the list goes on. I try and avoid going into WF as much as possible ... unfortunately one of my jobs do not offer direct deposit, so i have no choice but to go into the bank to cash my check. Today, i went in to cash my check ... stood in the long line and it seemed like it was taking forever ... as i approached the teller i just wanted to cash my check and get gone ... Terri Stiggs ws the rep who assisted me, she was AWESOME ... huge smile as i was walkin up, fast, efficient , and also engaged in a conversation ... like a real convo not one of those fake convos that cust service agents give sometimes just so theres no dead air hahaha ... by the time i left her window i forgot i was annoyed at the long line. Terri was great. so from now on whenever i go into wells fargo i will be looking for terri.

I love this location. Mayra is always so friendly and cheerful. She is always very helpful and my mom loves her. Great service everytime I go

I am new to Wells Fargo bank and I went there and asked somebody for help with transferring money into my account, but the people I spoke to that worked there were VERY RUDE. They didn’t seem to care about explaining to me what to do. I was also charged a fee for looking into my account which is stupid and the person helping me lied and said I have a problem with my account. Anyways, if anyone is opening a bank account, I do NOT recommend this one.

Internet fraud… as my money is being drained by a scammer I wait in line at this bank only to be told that they don’t have anyone that can help. They can connect me on the phone with someone. Costumer service is a joke.

This place is a rude & unapologetic establishment who will NEVER receive my patronage AGAIN. Long waits, TERRIBLE service, UNLAWFUL rules of policy & COMPLETELY clueless, in even MANAGEMENT, regarding account services and 401K assistance in comparison to ANY other Wells Fargo I've been in. If you aren't White, Hispanic or Mandarin-speaking, expect a VERY UGLY reception.

I am many years Wells Fargo costumer. I visit lot of different branch but this one is one of worse service I am getting when I go there.

Stabbed me in the back, my account went into arrears, they closed my account, reported me to checkx. I couldn't get a checking account for years and I was a customer for ten plus years, poor business practices.
