I went in to open a new bank account and they told me they had no bankers available to assist anyone and that I would have to wait 2 weeks to meet with one. Meanwhile, there were a bunch of employees just sitting around talking to each other. I'll just open a new business account with Chase, who always have bankers available to assist me anytime I walk in.

I went in to close my accounts to move to Chase. I explained I was fed up with W.F. Final straw was WF shutting down all P.O.L.'s with no transparency. Mgr played oblivious. Staff isn't even aware of Corporate policy changes. GET OUT NOW.

If I can I will give -1 star reason is I was at this branch today 08/01/2019 @ 3:38pm and I was waiting for some one to approach to me it was not busy the employees were talking in the side so some one approached to me and the first thing she did was are you waiting to have your check clear she was assuming because she sow me with my work dress is she was thinking that just because my company have one or two issues with checks now every one is going to have a sit to cash checks I was there to open an account but this is not the firs time 6 months ago I was there to apply for an auto loan no info was giving to me and I don't want to mention the other incidents this now this is the only branch from wells Fargo that has the type of problems they may need to go to training or they need to change managers and hire some one that can improve the customer service I have to go to the one in south gate or Commerce they need to learn form the other branch I bee a Wells Fargo bank since 2007 and this is the firs time I been despoilment.

Terrible service managers Josefina Garcia. Always with a negative attitude. And Daniel Osorio just worst. And that is not all . they lie to the customers.

Poor customer service. It’s 11:15 on Saturday, the banks closed at 12. There’s a line of 25 people lined up on the outside of the building. The bank has only 2 tellers available. This bank does not care for what the community needs.
