there is a big line 6 people to help only one cashier open u have to check on this always that I come is the same

The manager of this branch must schedule more cashiers on the busy days.

I had to open a checking and business account and I did it at this location of Bank of America. They went above and beyond for me. I'm super grateful to them and they have an amazing work team. Greeted by Isaura very polite and attentive. I was then helped by Luis Castrejon another person who outperformed and made me feel at ease knowing everything was going to be taken care of. He then had me work with Elsa Casteneda who was very helpful, supportive and understanding. My experience here was magical. Just so happy with this branch and their attention to service. Definitely recommending this location. Work Team of the Year! Bravo!

This is the worst place to bank ever ... They do not care about you as a client they treat you like trash and the manager bch smells .. The guy bank teller never want to cash a check

35 customers in line and only 2 bank tellers open with 12 windows... why do they have so many windows and only 2 open? But the employees are really nice I think that's the only good thing about it. But the waiting is ridiculous.

Be prepared to wait and not get what you asked for ! Wish 0 stars was an option…

This my go to branch! They have associates who are willing to help, extremely friendly and more informative. I live 2 minutes away from the branch on Wilcox, and always have issues there. I would literally get zero help and get turned away. So i drive to the branch on Whittier, and in less than 2 minutes, I leave the bank with no issues. Whittier Branch KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!

Only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because I can’t give them zero. Where to even start. Literally waited here over an hour, huge line wrapped around the parking lot and other side of the building. Hardly any tellers at the window & when I got to the front of the line, the lady who just finished helping a customer just got up and left her window. Will literally NEVER use this location again & urge any other BofA customers to do the same unless you want to wait over an hour.

I went to this bank on Sunday because there are no other Bank Of America branches in the area. There are 5 ATMs and only 1 had cash. There were 6 or 7 customers trying to withdraw money. One lady ahead of me said there was not enough for her transaction. I was able to withdraw but not as much as I needed.

I have account at this bank over 30 years this place sucks because all they have 2 or 3 bank tellers,you have to wait long time to get any services as of this year I become handycap and unable to stand so I go to handycap line. Yesterday I was in the bank and waited 25 minute no one helped me so I stand up and asked for help teller told me the person behind me is first and start speaking Spanish to that person and he said that he is first in english then I got mad I told her you not helping anyone why you saying that then she called supervisor then she said I am not going to help you then supervisor tried to cash the cashiers check and told me you have to deposite and check back within 2 says I told her my accont is in good standing for over 30years and this is cashier's check she said sorry I can't help you. I think after 30 years I shoudent be threated in this way hope someonre talks to her .thanks.
