    The single ATM is constantly out of service, unable provide access to account, or able to take deposits. This has increased since closing the Washington NJ location and no additional ATMs nearby for almost 15 miles. Otherwise the service at this location is friendly, usually prompt, and expedient with simple things. The ATM is my primary use point at this location and if availability were to change site location would receive 4 to 5 stars

    The tellers in there are great. They are severely understaffed. The tellers seem miserable there, now. One of the full timers, have been telling me how much stress they are under to meet sales quotas, and there's always a long wait time, and their equipment is always broken, causing even longer waiting. Those poor tellers are constantly rushing, can't even make small talk, like we used to. Some of those tellers have been there a very long time. I've gotten to know and become friendly with them. There are two really sweet part timers, that I really enjoy and make me feel welcome. They seem like they can NEVER stop, to take a breath. I can't stand the constant selling of "financial reviews". I know management makes them do it. All the employees are afraid of their manager's, who change every six months, anyway. They should be not be so afraid of any other coworkers, even if they are their manager. Respect is different. I've seen tellers getting help, from their service manager, who is very nice to his tellers. I also noticed a slight change in his normally happy attitude. Seems like he is trying to defend his tellers, from the hostile environment Wells Fargo has created, but upper management and the company seem to really treat the employees under them really bad. I feel so bad for them, sometimes they have to handle the lobby and drive thru, alone! One teller! It's a shame what the company is doing to those sweet people in my regular bank. I also hear about it, to. Very sad, I used to love going in there. Now the lines are too long, the staff is miserable, always under constant pressure the use certain wording, sell stuff and getting scared of getting a four out of five on some poll the customers take. Upper management should see how much they are hurting their employees. This branch, I use more than the others, in my area. The one on route 57 has the nicest staff, especially the two part time ladies. They always make me feel like a person. Not an object. Get more help there! Thank You, Teresa page

    This is the worst wells fargo I have been in to in 20 states .... I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to process my transaction of $300; furthermore, a woman, who pulled up at the adjacent booth after me and who sent her transaction after I did was processed and left 2 minutes before mine transaction was processed.

    This branch is staffed with the very best people. From tellers to management they really know how to treat people right. I go out of my way to do business at this branch. They are so kind and generous to my son when he is with me... they treat him like royalty. Well done....
