Wells Fargo Bank S Azusa Ave, West Covina

Only 1 teller working at the teller line and the "friendly" teller was chatting with the customer for minutes on where the customer get her hair done even after the transaction done..... no sense of urgency and situation awareness regarding the waiting customers in the line..... As a previous staff and branch manager of another bank, it is just disappointing.....

They closed minutes early and did not want to give service waited requesting help for letting them know I was still on time. Talking to the security guy and then to a. Casheer then 2 minuts after closing time manager approached the door and stated she had closed 10min after closing time, when I showed her the time she corrected her self. Non the less Wells Fargo now has the worst service Ever!

Very unprofessional, I have 2 business accounts with Wells Fargo both have different addresses, today I went to open 3rd business account I was asked for a bill that verifies my address because my other business has different address, even though I had all the papers from Secretary of State with the new address was still asked to show a mail because my other business had different address it makes no sense I guess Secretary of State website isn’t a proof

Love the Management and CS Representative at the WF Height Branch. They are always ready to answer your question or solve your problem. They know their customers by name and I see them volunteering at neighborhood events. They have a gal name J that make you want to only use this bank. Excellent Banking experience every time.

I only use the drive thru and atm, but dammm already fix the freak flashing light already, its soooo annoying in the drive thru.

Wells Fargo has been my bank ,, never had any issues with any Wells Fargo branches , Baldwin Park , El Monte , La Puente & West Covina branches have all served me well with all my transactions.. at times there are lines like any other bank ,, but service is fast with their experience teller's,, great management, overall it will remain my go to bank ,, they have earned a 5 star with their services they have provided me over the years banking with them.

Terrible service, one teller only with attitude. Last week manager assured service would get better not so. Need to find another bank.

Customer service is very kind and courteous. The drive through ATM is very convenient. Starbucks next door keeps the parking a little crowded, but still a very good branch.

The staff there was very and extremely sweet and helpful! Especially the lovely black woman greeting everyone. They made my visit more pleasant than it should have been! :) Very nice location.

This place is HORRIBLE! They have more tellers sitting behind the glass than the ones at the desks. They just sit there doing nothing! Other Wells Fargo Banks I’ve gone to are more attentive than this one. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
