Wells Fargo Bank N 27th St, Billings

Older lady teller behind the counter was off-putting and strange. I asked a question regarding a transfer and she gave me this skeptical look while eyeing me up and down. Not sure what her deal is but it didn’t make me feel very welcomed. However, the banker I dealt with was a dream and quickly helped me out!

Was treated very well by the financial advisor that I met with, however upon requesting a fair car loan (I have GREAT credit, great income, have no debt now, and have been with Wells Fargo for 5 years) was offered a 7 year loan at 16.5%. Was told that I would receive a phone call to discuss the loan further in a few hours, but never for one. Went to another bank and instantly was approved for 4 year, 6.99%. Just really disappointed that Wells Fargo didn’t see the value of my business.

Well Fargo has been Very Demanding for information that they want and VERY UNRESPONSIVE to my requests. Just call the bank and TRY TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING !! They are the MOST ANTI - CUSTOMER FRIENDLY organization that I have ever dealt with. As soon as my mortgage is paid I will rejoice in burning all of my statements and any additional correspondence with this bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

It takes at least 25 minutes in the drive up teller! Supper slow!

Simply trying to get my account information however no one in the 4 different branches here will answer the damn phones. One very irate and pissed off customer right here. Very seriously considering just closing out that account and switching banks.

I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and for the most part my experiences have been positive. When I moved to Roundup MT from Las Vegas 4 years ago, there was a local branch. The tellers were friendly, helpful and knew me by name. Since then the local branch closed and I now have to drive 50 miles to the nearest office. The tellers are still pleasant, but there seems to be a change in corporate policy. Now, it does seem that how well you're treated is directly related to your account balance. I'll continue to stay with Wells Fargo, but I hope they realize their customers are watching closely and there are other options.

I have been with Wells Fargo for the last 16 years in Portland and was treated very well, recognized by the employees in my branch and had savings, checking and mortgage accounts. Moved back to Billings in January and went to the downtown main bank to change addresses and setup an additional savings account. Manager greeted me at the door, set me up with a personal banker and was very professional and friendly.

Wells Fargo? You mean Hells Fargo. Had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Once I pay off my loan I will never come to them again. Disappointing to say the least.

The bank told me I would get $50.00 to open up an account. THIS WAS A GIMMICK I was told I would not have a service fee. Wrong again. I'm Going back to FIRST INTERSTATE BANK at least they don't lie to you.

Went in and made deposit and asked for restroom. Clerk told me that they do not have a public bathroom even for customers. Makes me wonder why I even bank here.
