ATM never has money or is out of order. With this being the only branch left they need multiple atms

The hours on Google are incorrect and the lobby is by appointment only. It doesn’t take very much to update your hours so please do. Feel free to reply and I will delete my review once you’ve fixed this issue.

Just by looking at the Wells Fargo site online, it looks really clean, and kept in excellent shape as far as the exterior area as well. Looking forward to joining the community of Sandpoint, and the other surrounding areas too!!! I'm so, so, excited to begin my new life in the state of Idaho!!! After a few years of saving and dreaming, me and my husband are finally going to leave (THIS STATE), at the end of September...I want to thank God first and foremost for allowing us; and making a way for us to begin anew. We both are in our late 50's, and have a lot of living still to do. We are both active with few health concerns, and love outdoor living. It already feels bad enough to be charged extra money for having too little money. But the staff making you feel small and stupid for not understanding the system which with this bank bullies the poor just makes it worse.

Well where do I begin? I was with them for a better part of 15 yrs and after getting married I wanted to simply add my wife to the account. Simple right ?!?! Well as I found out not so much. I was told no, the reason I was told given was that she owed wells fargo 50 bucks, so we paid it. Told that was all we needed to do, give it a few days to clear and come back in and sign her on, we'll again was told no. Told that there was a ding whatever that means. So I called customer service to be told they didn't need to tell me why and she proceeded to belittle me. So I closed all my accounts and we went to a local credit union and opened a new account together with no problems. I well never do business with Wells Fargo again nore will I do business with anyone that would finance anything through them on my behalf. I have been treated to poorly by anyone or any institution in my life. Next stop is consumer affairs and better business Bureau and any social media possible.

Well said Bettina Stepek, I agree with this complex and analytical review. I would also say that this a bank as well and that it is all that should be said about this scheming institution. Clever coasters are available at your local Northwest Handmade and are the perfect option for a coaster that does a little more. It will catch drips, spills, and leaks and protect and insure the condition of you table, counter, or shelf..

Im rating this branch not the bank institution as a whole. Clean, friendly staff, drive-thru banking. Down side from the driving by i didn't see a walk up ATM so i had to walk inside to mack a deposit

Hands down the worst bank in the area tellers have attitudes and just horrible hospitality especially over the phone. Sarah is great though.....
