    Had to run into the nearest Wells Fargo to me this morning and it was this one on 30th. "Josh" waited on me and helped me with 3 or 4 different questions and I was on my way. Fast, friendly, efficient service. The way I like my bank! Great service.

    The manager Claudio and tellers have been AWESOME and helpful for the 2 years Ive been dealing with complex business banking issues. The other attack reviews on here are typical of the people who are just curmugeons. Ive dealt with so many types of problems naturally through business and they were always nice and patient to help solve them. Out of the 60 or so visits here never once has staff been in a bad mood, that's consistency.

    Everything was great as far as the customer service at this branch, everyone in person is super helpful and friendly. However, after having an account here for several months, I was charged an overdraft fee on my checking account due to an erroneous pending balance from a gas station, that was later corrected when it posted. Even though the charge corrected and the account never overdrew, they still charged me the fee. When I called customer service, I was told that gas stations usually charge at least $125 (and up to $500) for every pending transaction (which is totally false), and that I am liable for any PENDING charge on the account!! I called back several times and could not get any help and was treated very rudely by several different representatives. I went back to this local branch and explained my situation. They agreed with me and couldn't find where the account had overdrawn, but they still couldn't help reverse the fee at the local branch. I called customer service again upon their suggestion, and was again treated poorly with zero answers for the fee. The local branches are apparently getting hosed by their customer support line, but the customer support line is the only place to go for help when there's a problem. Sound like somewhere you'd like to keep your money?

    While my mortgage has been with Wells Fargo, I've always banked with a locally owned company near home. That may well change due to my experience today with branch manager Connor Mitchell. Trying to resolve an issue with a customer, Connor stepped up to the plate and cleared our problem within minutes. This is truly the benchmark for customer service!!

    Daniel Swanson got me a new product with the assumption that I could change the product once I received something in the mail. He specifically told me that the change was "no problem." Well, it was a problem the following week when I went back to the branch, so I was baited and switched in the classic sense being told to get this amazing new product with all of these promises with no deliverance. After being a long time WF customer, I am now looking at other banks to move everything to. Wells Fargo should not lie to customers through its bankers!

    Had an urgent wiring need and was not aware of the need to make an appointment with Wells Fargo due to COVID. I called this branch to ask if they could make an appointment as the other branches could not accept me. The branch manager Lee Williams was extremely courteous and personally made sure that my wire made it in on time. I'm very grateful to this branch for their assistance and would recommend it to anyone looking to get their business accomplished with Wells Fargo expediently and efficiently.

    For a corporate behemoth, Wells Fargo has been a good bank for me. The 30th St. location, as others have stated, has the best, if not almost too friendly, service. One wonders if the excessive smiles are a requisite part of the job, but I'll take it over gruff or indifferent service. As far as other services, I have never used Wells Fargo for a home loan or line of credit, so I have no experience to offer other than enjoy the convenience and friendliness of this bank.

    I like this branch particularly because of the friendly employees and great customer service. Royer helped me in resolving an issue and was nice. The tellers are nice, friendly and always smiling. I recommend this this place to everyone I know. Thanks Wells Fargo for keeping me a 15 year customer.

    I live near this branch of Wells Fargo and use them regularly. I am always greeted with a smile and courteous service. I used to go to the Pearl Street branch but prefer to use this smaller unit due to their proximity but mostly due to their friendly and prompt assistance. Keep up the good work. Carl Crouch

    Joseph Vidal gave me the best service of any banker ever with Wells Fargo every time I stopped by. The people are still nice and fast at this North Boulder branch, but Joseph is now at the main Pearl Street branch.
