Set an online appointment last week, they called me the day of to cancel...fine. Reschedule for today, show up and they don't even know who I am nor have any bankers on staff today to help with my basic need (set up trust account). You are one of the worlds biggest banks and you don't have a banker on staff?

It would be nice if this location was open for more than 3 hours from 9-12 on Saturday…Nearest other open valley location is 30 minutes away

From simple to complex banking needs everyone there treats you like you are the only one in the store. This is my "go to" Wells Fargo, the staff is always amazing. Seems like they are always getting new people or transfers which never bothers me because whoever they are they treat you like you are the most important customer in the store. I have met the manager a few times, ranging from banking issues to thanking him for an incredible staff. If you need a bank and a branch, this is the place to be. I know a lot of people have their issues with Wells Fargo and I have too, but working with this branch makes them all go away.

Adam and Marina are the absolute best managers at the branch - they will always take care of their customers by going above and beyond.

When are you going to fix the ATMs? For months I have to insert my checks multiple times in order to get them to read. I don’t have this problem at any other Wells Fargo and yet I have this problem at all three of the ATMs here

I expected more after so many years as a client here. Maybe just catched the cashier on a bad day. They are usually very nice here.

poor service, not like ither wells fargo branches, very rude unpoiite,, specifically the lady gourd at the door, treating us like she is mad about us coming to the bank on saturday... Aweful experience will never come back to this branch again

Always busy not enough Tellers, always have to wait for about 18-30 minits, it’s never in and out
