Do not come here when you need banking service. Why keep the bank open if service can not be provided? I tried to add an account for my minor son today and the two unfriendly inept tellers behind the glass windows told me that they do not have bankers to open the account. What the f...?! This is my second visit to this branch for the same purpose and both times I walked out without a resolution. The business hours are definitely misleading to the public. If I could, I would’ve given them a negative one star.

GO ANYYYYUWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I went to the branch to deposit $250 cash, and $250 check and get a $500 money order. This was all to be done as I stood at the teller window. Fast-forward one week later my check has not been deposited into my account. The bank says there is no evidence of me depositing a check at all! My $250 cash and my $500 money order are apparent, but now I am missing $250. I will never leave a branch without my receipt looked over again and will be ending my 10+ year relationship with chase.

My favorite branch in the sf valley. Friendly staffs that remember my name. Never a long line like other ghetto branches. Plenty of parking. Clean branch and coffee is good. Safety box access is always quick.

This Chase branch is adequate. Not great, not bad. They have the new self service teller machines now. There are two drive thru atm lanes at this branch, which is nice.

Now they install the newer Atm machines which handle large bills. Good place to visit and get a cup of coffee too.
