This is by far the best bank 🏦 i’ve ever been too no exaggeration! I have a business account and it does not matter what question ❓ I have there’s always someone ready to help and give me an answer. I love the fact that this location is always clean, employees are outgoing, there’s always an officer👮‍♀️on duty, and everything is always well placed and organized. My favorite banker to go too is Marc! This gentleman 👔 is absolutely amazing. He really knows what he is doing and on top of that he is super helpful. Just be sure to make an appointment 🗓🕰 because if you don’t it will be hard for him to fit you in, everybody wants him to help. Finally, every great team has a great coach. The manager Mr. Brandon is the MVP 🏆 truly a gentlemen and a scholar. From my personal experience he is genuinely a humble person and enjoys helping others! I’m not sure what goes on in this location behind the scenes but everyone is always dressed so well. I’m pretty sure he has plenty to do with it, he is always dressed nice 👔. Overall, this Wells Fargo branch is the best branch to go you can’t miss it. Believe me they will not let you down. 💪🏾🙏🏾

It’s a shame these banks take haitian people money and don’t hire Haitian Creole speakers to help the customers

This banks service is horrible. There is at least 3 to 4 bank tellers and about 5 other bank people walking round. BUT! There is only 1 person at the window helping, always! Avoid this bank at all cost. **Update: 1 year later and nothing has changed. Worst service ever! Lines out the door. One teller who was busy breathing, told me it would be faster in the drive through. Definitely not! More cars then inside. I hate this location!! Avoid at all cost. Do. It come to this bank unless you are willing to invest a small portion of your life here.

Shantel is amazing! I am closing on a condo today and she went out of her way to squeeze me in for an appointment. She is so professional, kind and really helpful. I am very impressed with the service.

I was there about 3 weeks ago and the service was excellent, however the legal department would not allow me to open an account for my grandson eventhough I have a Power of Attorney document the legal department had an issue with the wording, otherwise my experience was excellent.

Horrible horrible horrible. While using ATM recently, a draft from inside the bank caused my cash to start blowing away. I caught 2 - $100 bills but the ATM closed on the other $800 and would not provide a receipt. I waited 15-20 minutes while 2 bank managers went into the ATM "closet" and I could hear them laughing and chuckling. When they finally came out, they didn't give me my money back or a receipt, but said I'd have to wait 2 days for reconciliation. I called 911 then soon after closed my account. To retaliate against me for closing my account, Wells Fargo sided with a local hotel where I booked a room due to apartment flooding but hotel room had no phone in the room and was so badly infested with roaches I couldn't stay, so went home to flooded apartment with no running water. Wells is siding with the hotel.

Called this branch to set up an appointment to open a business account. Before discussing anything he was quick to say he was busy and could not see me today and that he would pass my number on to another banker. He could have said I have an appointment open for a certain day and time. I have been banking at this branch since 1988. "What a turn off". I guess I will continue my business banking at Chase. I conduct my personal banking at this location.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of walking into this branch due to the fact it was closest to me at the moment. I walked, nobody greeted me, i went and stood in line with 5 people in front of me and 10 people behind me. THE AC IS BROKEN! It’s extremely hot in there And we are just standing there Bc the tellers are too busy discussing their whole life stories with the customers, and the others keep making excuses to step away and be unavailable. After 30 minutes of waiting in line i finally get to the counter and the teller informs me that i need to wait for a verification. So im told to have a seat. You can hear all the customers personal information being discussed in the offices. Then a younger suited male grabbed my check and shouted to the line “DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A TAX CHECK TO CASH” um excuse me? That’s very unprofessional! I don’t need everyone knowing what i have especially for my safety. People next to me where cursing loudly due to their frustrations as well with the bank. The area itself is less than par and sketchy to say the least. I have never been so humiliated and frustrated at a bank. ZERO STARS!

On February 06, 2018, I visited this branch to do several transactions. I went to DEPOSIT a CHECK in my SAVINGS account, withdraw money and get a money order with the information to where it supposed to go typed on it with that withdrawn money. I could not believe the way Sheree Hall acted. She was unbelievably loud and she kept repeating PERSONAL INFORMATION in a manner that was so unprofessional. Is as if she was announcing it to the onlookers who were waiting in the long line. The other teller was discreet, polite and did not repeat over and over what the customer wanted. Sheree even went as far as saying the AMOUNT I wanted to do the transaction with extremely loud. She did not even remember what I, the customer, wanted and had to ask again. She was too busy being unprofessional. There is a way to speak to a customer and still accomplish the transaction sufficiently without yelling as if to broadcast instead of speaking to COMMUNICATE. I do not know if a psychological evaluation can be done on her. I must admit, I did not even want to go to this particular branch again on March 02, 2018, but we were pressing for time. Unfortunately, again, the tellers started the unprofessionalism. They talked in a broadcasting loud manner. I can see if I gave the impression that I was deaf, but I did not. Plus, I am NOT deaf. Sheree Hall was the person who was sitting in the cubicle without her name tag on my previous visit. The name plate with the name "Jasmine Mitchell" was in the right corner on the counter near the cubicle's Plexiglas window. On this visit, she was out on the FLOOR walking around. She did not greet me at all. Then after several minutes, she zoomed in and gave a loud fake greeting as I stood in line skipping over the customers in front. After that, she quickly went to the cubicle where Hannah Bethel was and did some type of "transaction" there. She was talking really low and trying to not move her mouth as much. I do not know if Hannah became NERVOUS or if she took on the wack persona of Sheree, but she started repeating my name and the transaction that I was doing really LOUD once I went to her window. She was the same teller that was super polite, professional and discreet with the male person whom she may or may not know was with me on the previous visit. She was not paying attention to what I wanted. She immediately assumed that I wanted to withdraw from my checking account when I had already chose to DEPOSIT in my checking account and WITHDRAW from my savings. Then, she typed the hyphenated last name without verifying if that is how I wanted it on the money order. She had redo that transaction. All the while, Sheree was standing behind her on her right staring. Then, Sheree walked to the other teller for a few seconds pretending she was doing something with her. Then, she left. I do not know who the manager there is (it could be "Sheree"), however, that behavior was unprofessional. The counter was atrocious! The clear plastic or display stands were abominable! The grime and dirt under each one would make one nauseous! A large dirty balled up tissue was on the counter. Now, this was early in the morning when the bank just opened. I was there before it opened. So, someone is supposed to be there to clean the place before opening!! Then, the RELUCTANT security guard came in announcing in a low voice about some car parked somewhere. The WHOLE atmosphere was just terrible!!!

I went to this location and explained that I was a motorcycle rider and lost my wallet. I had my college identification and my social security card with me and they still refused to let me in my account. They said they needed a government issued ID. How if I just explained I lost my wallet? Then when I called corporate they said it was at the bank's discretion due to fraud and it was for my security. If you ask me this bank dosent live by their motto "courtesy ".!
